Bolero Restaurant is an absolute gem that offers a dining experience like no other. This stunning restaurant combines impeccable service, exquisite cuisine, and a breathtaking ambiance. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by warm, attentive staff who make you feel right at home. Our very special thank you to Chef Hany, and CJ, who graciously stopped by our table to invite us again. Kudos and hats off to Abraham, who was always present with opportune suggestions. Great display of patience, and customer care! 👏🏽 The food fair? Every bite was an explosion of flavor, and the presentation is as stunning as the taste. Our tapas selection offered a fantastic variety for sharing. We recommend the Carne Asada con Piquillos, and the very tender and tasteful lamb chops, unbeatable! Dessert? Truly recommend the torta bolero with sorbet of berries and black pepper. Wow! You’ve got to try it! The atmosphere at Bolero is equally impressive. The outdoor patio, surrounded by rolling vineyards, is perfect for a romantic evening or a celebratory gathering. Bolero is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience.This is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves exceptional food, and service. I can’t wait to return!

Always a wonderful time in the restaurant. They serve a wonderful breakfast & dinner. The ambiance is nice. The servers are amazing 👏 & accommodating, as we are vegetarian. We will definitely return!

Hostess and server were great. The food however was not the best, steak and crab cake was pretty good but lobster Mac and cheese and garlic shrimp were were some of the worse I’ve had.

As always, the food was perfect, along with great service. The extra treat ( in addition to the wonderful dessert) was listening to the live Jazz band. I’m already looking forward to the next visit .

The food was so delicious. My wife and I were out on a date night and we were able to enjoy a quiet and peaceful evening . The staff was very attentive and made sure we had enough bread and drinks until our main meal was ready. The soup was delicious and was big enough for the two of us to share. The main dish was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. We were undecided on the dessert and asked for recommendations from the staff. The butter cake was recommended by 2 of the staff. It did not disappoint and it was big enough to share with plenty still left over. The whole experience was an amazing time. I would recommend this place to others and look forward to planning our next special occasion there.
