The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

    What stands out most is not just the quality of the food—featuring expertly prepared cuts and cooking that delights the palate—but also the warmth and excellent service provided by the staff. They truly understand the customer; no one limits themselves to just their assigned section, as they are ready to handle any request from any diner, regardless of their specific station. As someone familiar with modern trends in dining service, I could see that the waitstaff takes genuine pleasure in their work. It is one of the few dining establishments where service, quality, and price come together in perfect harmony.
