I enjoy my experience at Copper Canyon typically when I go out with family and friends. The waiter Cameron was phenomenal. Unfortunately we asked to move closer to the bar section so we lost him as our server and received someone different. Needless to say that server was nowhere near as cordial, responsive and detailed oriented as Cameron. However, she did do a good job and was compensated well. We also made sure that we compensated Cameron for the time he took to service us pending our change in dining locations. The food was not as good as it typically is which was surprising to me and my guest. And, there was a mixup in my invoice at the end of the outing which was appropriately addressed. At the end of the day, I would go back again because of the location the overall ambience, and when on target the food is absolutely good!

We came into the restaurant 20 deep from Ohio!! We had a blast. The only problem we asked for to be seated together originally when I made the reservation and they said we could not then we get there and they said we should've put in reservations together so we got mixed messages on that. But we will be there next year.
