What’s more impressive is the texture, the octopus blanched to set the skin, braised the old-fashioned way so it’s tender but still holds its texture, then grilled.”

    We had a wonderful dinner at Elysian in Leura last night, and it was a truly memorable experience. The food was excellent. We had the soy-marinated chicken, duck spring rolls and the prawn bisque fettuccine, and every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The ambiance was equally impressive — warm, elegant and perfect for a special evening. What really made the night stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel genuinely special. Thank you to the whole team at Elysian for making our evening such a memorable one. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend Elysian to anyone looking for a fantastic meal in a beautiful setting.

    The service was on point. Our waiter looked after our every need but made sure we had space to enjoy each others company. Beautiful food, with excellent service. Highly recommend!
