Good food, good location, some fantastic staff. Read the menu carefully. The rib eye steak (without the blue cheese sauce) was cooked beautifully.
Located upstairs in the old Quarters of Admiralty House. The Darwin Club is Darwin's newest fine dining restaurant. A relaxed modern Coastal European menu over looking the aqua blue Arafura Sea.

Steak was a little overcooked, considering the price this was a little disappointing. Staff were fantastic though, so easily forgotten.
Great FRESH, LOCAL produce, loved the scallops & barra. Outstanding attentive, friendly service
At Salvatores they focus on keeping it local, employing only local staff. At it’s time of inception, it was the trendiest cafe in town. Salvatores has managed to get some of the best coffee makers in town and keeps staff for an average of 18 months.
