Food was good, not great. Perhaps a little overreaching on some flavor profiles in an effort to be unique? Service and ambiance for a Monday night were excellent. I can’t wait to try it again when the seasonal menu changes. Overall our group gave the experience a solid B+. Could easily be an A in our next visit.

First time dining at the State Street location. We drove down from Orange County and we have always gone to the beach location for Seafood and Steaks. We were all pleasantly surprised on how good the food, service and ambiance they have. The noise is loud in the Resturant however it gives it an “energy level” that most restaurants are missing these days. We recommend the Calamari and Rock Shrimp appetizer which had a large portion size. We had the pasta Vodka sauce, Rigatoni with Sausage, Veal Scaloppini and Chicken Parmesan. The service was outstanding and our waiter had full control of his serving staff. We will be back and bring other friends with us. Thank you for a great evening!

My 17-year-old daughter and I just celebrated our birthdays having the exquisite four course dining experience, that was out of this world! Every course was so unique with flavors and combinations that delighted our senses. This was the first time my daughter experienced a Michelin star restaurant and I think she’s officially spoiled. Now, she wants to go around San Diego and experience all the Michelin star restaurants! The service was amazing and the dessert blew our minds!

Solid Italian restaurant right across the street from the beach. It’s one of our go-to spots that’s close to home.

Took my staff there, per their request, for our EOY holiday party /outing. Betty was awesome!! We ate, drank and played games!! Had a great time and didn't break the bank. Thanks again!
