The American steakhouse is an iconic restaurant institution. We’d wanted to tell that story for years, but waited until we had the skill, talent and ability to execute it properly, and the right space to be our canvas, an important corner in Little Italy, a neighborhood where we have deep roots. We brought an almost academic appreciation for steakhouse history and tradition to Born & Raised, while trying to stay relevant and authentic to ourselves and our city. Our dry-aged beef pays tribute to earlier, earthier, pre-government grading practices and is the centerpiece of a meal best savored at a slow pace. A timeless celebration of everything that makes restaurants so special. - Consortium Holdings. A 4% surcharge is added to all guest checks.

BIG BIG FOOD - Everything looked fantastic, very nice presentations How'd they make that French Toast dish, I saw several people order it and I must have seen it being served to other tables about 8 times. Must be absolutely DeLish. Everything I saw other eating looks really good. I'm kinda basic, so I got the 2 egg breakfast - very tasty, really good pork sausage links, nice ripe slice of Cantaloupe (wasn't all hard) nice slice of toast - So big you really only need 1 slice. some yummy jam. So really all you have to do is look around - never an open table, a line out the door That usually means the FOOD IS GREAT!!!!!!!!!! Worth the wait, and the trip

My husband and I had an incredible time at Quixote. They accommodated us with everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place. Our whole experience was fantastic, and a big shoutout to our server, Alex, for making our anniversary celebration even more special.

It was amazing. Such a cute place and you can dress casual. The restaurant is warm and inviting. It’s a combination of elegance and comfort and the food was delicious. Had salmon and asparagus and the lobster ravioli. We practically licked our plates. We topped it off with a chocolate mousse cake. You can also sit outside. Definitely a place worth every penny, a total dining experience.

Herb and Wood was better than expected. Interior decor was very nice well appointed spacious with a dark dimly lit romantic feel. Service was top notch not less than 5 servers helped us throughout the evening being drinks then food then new silverware etc… food was excellent and well portioned. We shared apps veggies and a main course and left feeling content and full. The pork belly app with apples and mustard sauce was very tasty the trumpet mushrooms tasty like scallops amazing and the iribeco pork main course was very good. We loved it and would certainly go back again and again !!!

This was the first time we have been to Coasterra and we were not disappointed. The parking spaces were extremely tight, so it would be great if they offered valet, but that was the only downside. The food was amazing, service spectacular and ambiance / views phenomenal. We will definitely travel back to Coasterra when we go back to La Jolla in September.
