We just moved to our new beach location as La Tapa Plage in the Wharfside Hotel Village in March of 2022, still featuring the same interesting ever changing menu including fresh local seafood, organic greens & herbs form Coral Bay, flavors with a touch of Spain & France (Basque Country), Germany and Caribbean.     Need to reserve in advance for table next to water. If clouds are gone, the view of sunset is worth planning ahead. Besides the view, food and wine are very special. Really enjoyed lobster fra diavalo pasta with a glass of Rioja wine. Heat was so subtle the dish complemented the wine well. Ended with desert, which was made in house and exceptional.

    We had a great meal on overlooking the beach and the water. The food and service were both excellent — the porchetta is highly recommended. The table is yours for the night, so the meal is leisurely. It’s not inexpensive, so bring your appetite, your credit card and maybe apply some insect repellent around your feet and ankles as mosquitos or sand fleas might be a bit active in the evening.
