Our server Justin, is a Gem! Outstanding service. Thank you Justin, for making our night that much more memorable and enjoyable. We loved your personality and personal interaction with us. The bread is always my favorite. The raisin walnut bread is a winner. However, the filets are a dry piece of meat. It doesn’t matter on the cook time it’s just a dry cut from wherever you are sourcing them from. Please look into that because it’s not enjoyable or worth the money. Shrimp scampi is always so darn delicious! Sides are delicious. Salads are always good too. Their martini is outstanding and you only need one. They’re made with thoughtful care. Delicious! Visit started poorly- we had a 5:45 reservation, showed up early at 5:15 and were rudely advised by the hostess that “we are unable to seat you until exactly 5:45”. We said ok, assuming they were full and waited- immediately two parties came up, same size as ours without reservations and were seated. We said nothing, then at 5:30 another party of the same size showed up and said they had a 5:45 reservation and were seated immediately. At this point, we approached a different hostess and said we had a 5:45 reservation and she seated us immediately. I think the young hostess needs some training, this was our first impression of the place and we almost left when multiple people were seated ahead of us. Once seated our waiter was amazing and the food was delicious. I am glad we waited it out and gave it a chance despite the poor initial impression but others may not.

This was my husband's first time at BJ's, and he really enjoyed it! Our server (I did not get her name) was pleasant and efficient. She really made the experience a good one. Good food - beef tri-tip for him, wings for me- was excellent. We'll be back!

Grand Cafe is always a good place for a reasonably priced meal with good service and quality food for the price.
