I had the pork belly and snails with green salsa. The snails and salsa were extremely delicious but the pork belly was boring. My husband had the lamb shoulder which was delicious but it was oddly paired with cockles. Mash and dauphiniois potatoes were lovely. There was just one dish for children: fish goujons and chips, but luckily it was tasty.

What can I say The Ivy never disappoints beautiful decor, attentive helpful but not intrusive staff, and gorgeous food and all at reasonable prices. The attention to detail in every aspect is second to non. If I had one criticism it’s that the the tip/surcharge is included in the bill with no option to opt out or decide the amount yourself at the time payment it taken. I always feel you should be able to decide both.

We eat frequently there and it is always good. The Maitre d who speaks Portuguese is super attentive and even knows the name of one of us by now. Last time our table was tended by Gisa, who is also very nice and also speaks Portuguese. Good food, pleasant seating, great staff.

Amazing food and service. Love the food that’s always fresh and plenty. Huge plus that they’re dog friendly now indoors as well, so we can go for lunch whenever we’re in town with the doggo!
