Three people, three different meals, everyone excellent.

We were there for Mother's Day celebration dinner. Food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We had an enjoyable experience and would highly recommend it.

Everything I’ve tried has been amazing, and the desserts were beautiful! We were happily surprised when our waiter remembered us from our wedding a year ago!

The Velvet consistently is the best place to dine in the Rossland/Trail area when you want to have a special evening. The menu is updated seasonally, and there is sufficient variety for us to try different items every visit. Although, it's pretty hard NOT to order the sablefish every time. We try to stop in at least once a month and are always warmly greeted by the staff. Great location too, and the views up the ski hill are spectacular. Highly recommended.
