Overall really liked this restaurant. Service was superb. The Juna pizza was unique and delicious. The only drawbacks were the pesto sauce in the pasta was very bland. I added grilled chicken which also was pretty flavorless. Also, we sat in the outdoor patio in their tent and the heating lamp kept going out, so it was too chilly from time to time. And lastly,, the imbalanced table issue spilled water out of the glass all over the table. The staff did do their absolute best to remedy all these issues, so kudos to them. But a little regular maintenance checks prior to guests arriving are definitely recommended. Lastly, the lady who played the guitar and sang for entertainment was very good and enjoyable to listen to. She added a lot of ambience. Overall, We did enjoy this place. Look forward to trying out other dishes.

Amazing Restaurant. Never fails to exceed expectations. Korean Prime Skirt Steak is a favorite as well as the Seared Ahi. Best brussels sprouts I’ve ever had. Amazing wait staff and bartenders. Great service whether sitting at the bar or in the dining room. Make reservations because you’ll never walk in and get a table, although I have had success as a walk in for dinner at the bar.

The seafood platter had a considerable spread of shellfish. Every bite was delightfully fresh with complimentary savory garnishes. The Caesar salad was a nice opening to our platter with slices of anchovies perfectly placed. Our group very much enjoyed the warming taste of the creamiest lobster bisque before sharing the steak and vegetables.

It was our first time visiting Coronado Island & Little Frenchie Bistro. It was very convenient to make reservations (on Opentable). This is a small & cozy restaurant with not many indoor tables (some outdoor tables also available) so reservations are highly recommended. We sat at a cozy booth, where we were provided with complimentary delectable pastries made in-house. French onion soup was perfectly prepared, not salty like at some restaurants, absolutely loved it! Nicoise salad had poached albacore (vs. canned tuna) so it was not your ordinary salad. Steak & frites (kids portion) was very good size & cooked to order. We reminisced having steak & frites in Paris but the style was a bit different, not served cut-up with green butter sauce. Service was excellent and we had ample time to savor french onion soup before our entrees came out. It was an expensive brunch but we’re so glad we were able to dine here during our first visit to Coronado island.
