Awesome service. There was a musician named Monroe performing she was amazing!! The restaurant made my wife feel special for her birthday, the put happy birthday on her menu, everyone that passed by said happy birthday and they surprised her with a dessert with a birthday candle to blow out that I didn’t even request. Amazing!!!!

Went for a late lunch after we arrived in Las Vegas. We sat outside and it was a beautiful. Our server Chole was delightful and very personable. Food was delicious. We are celebrating my birthday, at the end of the meal we had the butter cake to finish off a great experience. Would eat here again!

We enjoyed an excellent meal accompanied by outstanding service at Beauty & Essex in the Cosmopolitan. Lue was our primary server. He was most congenial and offered perfect suggestions for our first time there. Each dish was beautifully plated and very creative. Kudos to Chef Chris Santos! We started with their famous Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup Dumplings topped with smoked bacon served in individual free-standing spoons. A very surprising taste delight. Next, we had the Tuna Poke Wonton Tacos chiffonade with cilantro, radish, wasabi kewpie. Tasted as fresh and bright as if we were enjoying poke on the Big Island. This was followed by Thai Style Deep-Fried Shrimp with green papaya slaw. These were large, very crisp and super tasty and very much complemented by the papaya slaw. The last dish was their Little French Dips of slow-roasted beef, gruyère cheese, horseradish, garlic aioli with house-made au jus drizzled over the top. The beef was tender and very good but could have stood a bit sharper horseradish sauce to compete with the other dishes we tried. For desert, though we hardly had room left , we had an order of their Black-Bottomed Butterscotch Pot de Crème topped with coconut Chantilly and their mango sorbet. The butterscotch was sinfully good and the mango sorbet amongst the best we have had. Matching the delightful meal was the exemplary service offered throughout the dinner by the many waitstaff who passed our table.

I’m from Long Beach and frequent the Cerritos Gen all the time. This is my first time at the Vegas one and omg. It was by far thee best. The premium meat selections were just so much better. I mean cmon, sushi too!? More appetizer options. My son wanted to try it all! We went For my bday and they came by and sang to me. Scared me a bit but it cute. Definitely coming back. I loved that you take reservations.

Was the perfect place to celebrate our friend’s birthday. Our waiter Marcus was so cool and helpful, Sushi was delicious and all drinks and food arrived at perfect timing. Will definitely come back whenever we are in town.
