Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas.     When we arrived we were promptly greeted and were offered complimentary sparkling wine before we were led to our table by Katie. Great place to bring corporate teams and the food was amazing! We will be back!

    Awesome friendly service. Fast drink refills. Helpful about food choice recommendations. Brisket was a little fatty for one person but I requested lean and it was and was good. Pork ribs delicious. Jalapeño cheddar links very too.
