A wonderful experience, both the service and the ambience were wonderful and made the entire dining much more enjoyable. The food is expensive, averaging around £20 for a burger and drinks roughly £4-9. But the taste made up for it entirely, while i ordered the ‘Pittsburg, USA’ world burger, my other half ordered ‘The Classic’ and both were exceptional out of all the burgers we have had. The menu had a wide assortment of dishes to choose from which made it harder to decide. The most defining and contributing aspect of the restaurant was the customer service which our waiter displayed, he was a very passionate and enthusiastic host who catered to our needs and kept out spirits high, Outstanding performance so we gave him an additional £10 tip on top of the tip charge they provide at 12.5% on orders over £30. Still the money was true to its value and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and interesting atmosphere in the busy district of Central London, we intend to make another visit sometime later in the year, and also intend on going to Hard Rock Cafe’s around the world to compare from this great experience.

“Fast Food” at its best. The service and ambience were well beyond my expectations and the food fresh and well presented. This is not a restaurant for a special occasion (although clearly there were a few tables celebrating a birthday as evidenced by the waiters clapping and singing) but if you are after a good meal and you are in a hurry, I can’t think of a better place in central London. Highly recommended
