Great service, cocktails, appetizer (lobster & escargot), the filet mignon and stacked Gruyere potatoes was the bomb! Over all a great experience - including the bananas flombay dessert - all great! Def recommend A&B for dinner!

Bel Mare is one of our favorite “special Occasion” restaurants in Key West, and perfect for a chilly evening when outdoor dining was unappealing. Our dinners were both delicious and large. Service was mostly good with a couple of odd quirks. Our server didn’t pour water until we specifically asked for it, despite the presence of two empty water glasses. We noticed other servers doing the same, so it must be some sort of weird house policy. After pouring the water our server disappeared for 10 minutes or so, leaving us wondering if we were going to have to go to the bar to order drinks for ourselves. That was just annoying. To be fair, she returned with a breadbasket, but that was a bit premature since we wanted to order and enjoy our drinks first. We dined early and the place was still pretty empty, so it’s not like we were holding things up.

On iconic Duvall Street in Key West, Bagatelle is always a fantastic restaurant choice for a great selection of surf and turf, great wines and fantastic cocktails. The restaurant is an interesting historic building near Mallory Square. The architectural features make for interesting dining areas, including the porches located on the front and second story of the establishment (being a very gusty and chilly evening, Bagatelle is able to close off the porches and have heaters to make these areas comfortable for dining). Our party enjoyed cocktails from a Grey Goose martini, a Duval Drop, and fine wines. Our meals included fresh salads with the main dishes of swordfish on corn & bean risotto with poblano cream sauce, Hogfish on coconut rice and a piquillo pepper cream, the special - triple tail served on risotto with blackened scallops, lobster fettuccini, and spiny lobster with a fragrant rice and asparagus. We decided to share desserts and ordered Key Lime Pie (too much merengue) and a decadent brownie topped with ice cream, chocolate and whipped cream. Even though Duval was quiet with the chilly and blustery weather, the evening was busy at Bagatelle.....our waitress had her hands full with a large area of tables. For a party of six, a gratuity was automatically added to our tab. Overall, the evening was enjoyable and delicious.

Outstanding! Our small wedding party of 5 enjoyed a wonderful meal with the best service from Deanna and her support team. The food was full local fish plus curated flavors from Chef Lawrence’s southern upbringing. We tried it all from inventive cocktails, caviar with a lush egg salad accompaniment, first, second and third courses. Just wish we had enough room for dessert. Next time for sure!!

Me and a friends are there and have started a once a year tradition. Everything was incredible and the waiter was amazing. The only issue I concern about it became a little warm. But, the weather lately is warm, cold, warm, cold outside so it’s hard to adjust for the change inside. But, we expressed it and it began to cool off. Great night! Food was amazing! Water amazing!
