Restaurants near Starrow Park

The food is always great there! Some things are a little pricier than I think they should be (I.e. a jumbo pretzel for $20 seems a little crazy - exact same appetizer at a restaurant in the Seaport in Boston is $12) Only complaint that I have about the place is we sat upstairs and they don’t have any shades on the windows so the sun was just blasting us at the table and we were all trying to sit strategically to not have the sun directly in our eyes. If they just had some blinds that they could put up and down it would be extremely helpful!

We had an exceptional experience Saturday evening. What a pleasure to experience fine dining without having to go into Boston. We were very pleased with our server Joseph who knew the wine list like a true sommelier. He made our entire evening memorable with great conversation and impeccable service. The decor was beautiful and our table perfect. Exceptional place for either a Saturday night date for two or a celebration party. Food was beautifully presented, excellent menu, and the drinks from the bar nice and strong. Thrilled to have found this restaurant! 

We were in town for a wedding and heard this was one of the best Italian restaurants in Andover. We were not disappointed! Fresh pasta, great specials, delicious salads, and a nice wine list! Our server Tara was very friendly and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend.

We were seated promptly and our server Erin did a great job! She didn’t rush us, got our orders correctly, kept tabs on us throughout the evening. Great night out with friends!

Food overall was as expected for a pub type restaurant. Prices are reasonable. Server was a bit abrupt in demeanor. One meal (a salad) lagged the others in being served by about 10 minutes. That said, we had a great time!
