One of the best dining experiences I have had in a very long time. This sushi Dojo will not be secret much longer.

Our waiter tony was so attentive and friendly. The food here is always amazing my favorite spot in the area.

My wife and I were VERY impressed with everything at Eddie V's on our last few visits!! Ryan (the GM) is absolutely incredible. He is very warm and welcoming and always available to assist as needed. Darian (the waiter) is very personable and professional and also does everything possible to ensure an enjoyable dinner. Last, but definitely not least, is the food. The caesar salad is the best I have had since The Boca Resort changed its recipe 10+ years ago. The filet and salmon were both incredible and prepared perfectly, as were all of the side dishes (mashed potatoes, potatoes au gratin and asparagus) and desserts (banana foster, creme brulee and chocolate lava cake)! If you're looking for a wine recommendation, Ryan was very knowledgeable and recommended an amazing 2018 Ramey Claret!! All to say, thank you for an amazing evening...we look forward to being back again soon!

The intimate atmosphere, attention to detail, hospitality, and craftsmanship behind every course create an experience that feels incredibly intentional from beginning to end. The food was phenomenal. Each course felt like its own story, with exceptional ingredients, beautiful presentation, and techniques that allowed the quality of the fish to truly speak for itself. You can taste the precision and patience that goes into the preparation. Every bite was thoughtfully balanced, and the progression of the meal kept getting better. What really stood out to me, however, was the level of care. The interaction with the chef, the explanation behind the dishes, the pacing, and the attention from the entire team made the evening feel personal rather than simply transactional. I’ve had sushi at some very highly regarded restaurants, and Taki Omakase absolutely deserves to be mentioned among the experiences that make you appreciate sushi as an art form. If you're looking for a place for a birthday, anniversary, date night, business dinner, or simply an evening where you want to slow down and enjoy something exceptional, Taki Omakase is worth experiencing.
