- AAmberHouston •2 reviews5.0Dined on 26 Sept 2026My husband and I eat at quite a few local restaurants and steakhouses around the Houston area, and Guard and Grace truly exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The steaks were absolutely incredible—so flavorful, perfectly prepared, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Every bite was better than the last. The sides were just as impressive, especially the crispy potato pavé, which was honestly one of the best sides we’ve ever had at a restaurant. The service was outstanding as well. Our entire experience felt attentive, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. You could tell the staff really cared about making sure we had a great evening. Most importantly, we had an amazing time. Between the food, the service, and the overall experience, Guard and Grace has easily become one of our favorite dining experiences in Houston. We eat at a lot of steakhouses, and I can honestly say this was probably the best steak we’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back! If I could give more than five stars, I would.More infoGuard and Grace - Houston$$$$• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.6
