Not everyone was open to the changes that Flambe brought to what was already a restaurant under a different name, however that only fueled our passion and culinary dreams even more. Situated beside Trim castle giving us a magnificent view, our journey began in November 2023 when we made the move to take over Franzinis.Our authentic Neapolitan woodfire pizza is just one of our Flambé taste sensations. Baked in our Marana woodfire oven that was lovingly imported from Italy our pizza menu has a woodfire pizza for every taste, if you love pizza the Flambé Neapolitan one is a must try, we have the best woodfire pizza in county Meath and we are proud of it!We hope that those who dine in Flambé will return time and again to indulge in our culinary creations as well as our tempting wine list.

    We went onn3/10/2026 for Sunday lunch. We were greeted warmly and shown to bar as we were a little early. Our table was ready in minutes. The staff were warm engaging and very professional. Pur starters were absolutely delicious, tomatoe and roasted pepper soup and Station House smokies (fish) all served with brown and tomatoe bread. Our mains were bursting with flavour, lamb and salmon, served 2ith seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes. All ingredients sourced locally and blended together expertly. A genuinely fantastic dining experience. Thank you.

    Lovely experience, delicious cocktail at the bar first. Wait staff were perfect, attentive without being too much. Had the dumplings and squid to share as starters and king prawn laksa and sea bass for mains. Everything was presented beautifully and we enjoyed every bite.

    Our experience at Grano was wonderful from start to finish! The service and presentation were impeccable, and everything was simply delicious. And here’s a tip: don’t miss the anchovy starter — it was absolutely incredible and such a pleasant surprise! Congratulations to the chef and the entire team for their amazing work. We will definitely recommend Grano whenever we have the opportunity! I hope to return soon. 🇮🇹🤌🏻🤍

    Absolutely outstanding evening, right through from my initial booking and the flexibility around menu selections, on the evening our server was very attentive and made sure we were well looked after, and with the added unexpected surprise of live music - a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
