    My wife and I stopped by Canyon Eatery on our way back from Zion and had an absolute wonderful experience. All of the staff, Lynn, Judy, JT, Tayla, and several others were all very hospitable. The atmosphere was relatively quiet. The food, spicy vodka rigatoni with steak, brocolinni, and short rib lasagna was phenomenal! And the overall experience was excellent. Had we stayed near Hurricane for another day, we would have gone back!

    Hands down amazing and breathtaking views outdoors and cozy with the fire pits. Orion was our waiter and not only was informative of all the great menu items, but was very complimentary of the land, the farm to table items, and the unique chef flavor profiles. This was a must try here! Pretzel Board - best pretzels in all my travels. Soft, buttery, salt. With the sauces put this starter over the top! Meatballs - flavor unreal. Aioli was a + Chili Relleno con Asada Colorado - mole sauce and meat was chefs kiss. 10/10 Mineral Springs Smoked Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf. Great dish and the meat was uniquely spiced. 9/10 Outdoor area with patio fire pit: 10/10 Orion our waiter: 100/10 Feedback to restaurant - you are open on Tuesdays/Wednesdays but your yelp says you are not!

    Loved this place becuase it offers upscale, elevated menu offerings in a casual, unpretentious environment. Food was delicious and they make an excellent extra dirty gin martini.
