We had to wait a little bit, even though we had a reservation and there were other people walking in and getting sat, but I'm convinced we were waiting for the perfect server. I wish I could remember her name, she was incredible. She celebrated with us, gave excellent recommendations, was kind and speedy, and just made sure our experience was great. She modified a dish to make sure the meat was on the side for my vegetarian friend, and had excellent recommendations. The kitchen gets kudos, too. The food? Just delicious! Unique combos, burrata with cantaloupe and capicola? Chef's kiss!! Our lemon dessert was the perfect ending and cleansed our pallets perfectly. And at the end the bill was about half what I was expecting. Excellent value for the quantity and quality of food we received. Well done, Cafe Navarre! You've got a new ambassador!

Cascade delivered a flawless 5-star experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, but our server, Jordan, truly made the evening exceptional. Attentive, professional, and knowledgeable with spot-on recommendations, Jordan set the standard for great service without ever making the meal feel rushed. Cascade is easily one of the best dining spots in South Bend. We’ll definitely be back—ask for Jordan if you can!

Dinner early evening with my wife on the patio. Great setting! Service excellent as expected! Did the Ruth's 3 course meals. Good value! Steak outstanding! Salmon very good! Plenty of food. Had Post and Beam Cabernet and glass of Nicolas Feuillatte champage! Spacing of food was good. Overall very enjoyable time and will look forward to next visit.

The restaurant is comfortable and pretty. Our server was very knowledgeable and gracious. The food was outstanding. They have a really good wine list. I definitely will be going again.

Excellent food- fresh ingredients and tasty. Lovely servers who were helpful and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful lunch out with family—first time visit for most of us.
