An expression of simple, honest, nurturing food and drink that nurtures both the spirit and body.Juliette is an a-cultural restaurant, focusing less on vernacular dishes of New Mexico, but on the abundance of food that is grown/raised around us at any given time. We are excited to create a restaurant that is fun but also nurturing. The restaurant is very transparent about the ingredients we use and don't use…we only use good salt, avoid seed oils, have grass-fed beef, y mas.

The appetizers were great. The setting cannot be beat. The green chile stew had very little flavor, but the Thai curry soup was delicious. I was surprised they didn't have many mocktails for a wellness place but they made one when I asked. Staff were warm. The pita and whipped feta were delicious.

We had the most amazing meal of our entire trip. Excellent service, huge quantities of food, and incredibly fresh and flavorful food. The Shishito peppers, the little gem salad, and both burgers were absolutely amazing! And the beef fat fries! This time does not disappoint!

Dinner was great. But not sure I'm buying the explanation of "Wangus" beef. Told it was a cross breed between Wagu, and Angus. However, it was not any more tender than a good USDA beef. But the meal was very good. Great service, great ambiance. I recommend dinner there.
