We dined in the Conservatory. Our reservation was for 6:15, so we arrived in time to choose between the 3 course early dinner menu, or the full menu. We started with crispy Monterey Bay Calamari. For dinner, my wife opted for the Parmesan crusted calamari steak with prawns and scallops off the regular menu. I had the abalone biaque and prawns sambuca from the early menu. Both were excellent. Our service was also excellent. It was quiet in the Conservatory so we could have nice conversation without having to shout.

The service was outstanding. Nataly provided excellent service and it’s obvious she has lots of experience in the restaurant business. However, she rang up another customers tab on my credit card, but quickly voided the charge. Amex confirmed that the charge was voided and taken off my account. Overall it was a great dining experience. 👍
