I had the pleasure of being served by Isabella during my recent visit to Founding Farmers Chinatown, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we sat down, Isabella greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and made us feel welcome right away. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, offering a thoughtful recommendation of the brunch buffet, answering our questions with confidence and enthusiasm. Throughout the meal, Isabella struck the perfect balance of being attentive without hovering and checking in at just the right moments. She also made sure that every dish during the brunch was removed from the table at the perfect time impeccably. What really stood out, however, was the personal touch Isabella went out of their way to make my baby and wife feel special offering a personal story about her very own excitement of pregnancy. Isabella shared how the management team at Founding Farmers & Distillers DC has been so accommodating & supportive to her during this time. I have to say Isabella truly touched my heart about the Founding Farmers management team. For a moment I looked around to watch the other employees to see if they had the same glow on their face about their job as Isabella. This is the first time I was filled with overjoy supporting a big business restaurant, because I knew they cared about their employees. Isabella professionalism, paired with her warm personality, truly elevated the entire experience. Exceptional service like this is rare in DC, and Isabella definitely went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. I will definitely be returning, and I hope to have the pleasure of being served by Isabella again! Ps: if you happen to dine at Founding Farmers on Massachusetts within these 9 months PLEASE ask for Isabella and congratulate her during her pregnancy.
