Klassiker wie das Hohenhauser Kalbsschnitzel oder gebratene Blutwurst mit Schalotten-Jus und Calvados-Äpfeln stehen neben raffinierten Kreationen aus eigener Jagd, etwa einem Capriolo Tonnato mit Bucheckern und Kräutersalaten. Der Grill bleibt dabei ein verlässlicher kulinarischer Anker – bodenständig in der Idee, modern in der Umsetzung. Auch vegetarische und vegane Gerichte sind selbstverständlich Teil der Karte.Im Sommer wird die Terrasse mit Blick in das Blutbuchental zum besonderen Ort: Bei Kerzenschein und unter freiem Himmel lässt sich der Abend entspannt ausklingen.

    We had fish at the main course and bruschetta as starters. The fish was a little bit too well done and there were only some vegetables as sides. But the food was overall tasty and fresh. It was a calm and sunny spring evening in a splendid surrounding. The crew was very kind and accommodating. Strong recommendation.

    Once again, a stellar experience. The staff is consistently excellent - welcoming , attentive and knowledgeable. The food is always a wonderful adventure because the menu rotates in seasonal dishes while always offering fan favorites. Tonight my husband enjoyed one of their pizzas (that crust is amazing). I had a Josper fired broccoli dish with cashew Parmesan. I am not a vegetarian or a vegan, but preparations like this confirm that meat doesn’t need to be the star of the show. Thanks for a fantastic experience!
