   It was my birthday and I was thrilled to try this restaurant because I had heard nothing but great things. However, it took almost 30 minutes to get a drink and the server straight up forgot to ring in several items, multiple times and we had to remind them of what we had ordered among other issues. The food was great, but I don’t know if I’d go back because of the poor service.

   It was a last minute reservation with a friend who was visiting from out of town. Boy we were not disappointed. Being a local I had not visited this restaurant before. The vibe was amazing, the server was outstanding and the food, Out of the world. And we got the best seat in the house which was right in front of the kitchen. Overall amazing experience. I will definitely visit again with my family and colleagues.

   Great great food and drinks! Favorites are the shrimp ceviche and the tuna tiradito. Scallops with polenta was incredible. If you like old fashioneds, the "what the chef is drinking" is a great rendition with aged cachaca. Cocktail list changes seasonally and is overall awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Cool interior. Sidewalk tables a little lacking.

   This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time! Everything was amazing, from the tapas to the meal, to the drinks and the dessert. It was authentic, flavorful, unique, and delicious. Can’t say enough good things.

   Not the best service (timing and a better explanation about how many dishes are ordered for a party of four. The food was solid. Initially loud but the volume leveled. Very warm in the rear of the restaurant.

   We chose LeChon on reviews visting from Boston. The restaurant delivered! The best dish was Baocitis! The Elote, vegetarian empanadas and the pistachio cake were amazing! We sat outside and Dillon was terrific making for a fun evening. Shout out to the bar manager for the creative mocktails, margarita and Old Fashion bar!!

    Went here for our anniversary. The food, as always, was amazing. We had several small dishes and two cocktails. Our server was prompt and attentive. It was warm inside but that’s not anyone’s fault. The front part of the restaurants seating is a little tight, but we were able to sit in the back where it was roomier which was nice. Looking forward to the next visit.

    We loved LeChon! Food was outstanding! We had the Lechon Margarita, Foraged mushrooms, lamb chops, flank steak - it was all amazing! The service was great! We sat at a high top table overlooking the chefs at work. When we get back to Portland this will be at top of our list for dining!

    Lechon is my absolute favorite spot in Portland and it never disappoints! They had a live performer there tonight and he was incredible! The food is always a hit and the servers are all so kind and accommodating!

    The food was outstanding. Sat outside which was very nice although I would suggest they purchase outdoor heaters for when the weather turns cool. Service was very very good. Oh, and the Pisco/Vermouth cocktail is truly exceptional!

    Food took a longer than expected to come out. They serve family style so food ordered comes out when it is ready, not in a particular order. I’m all for not rushing through a meal and am perturbed when restaurants bring courses out on top of each other, but it seemed to take unusually long to bring out the food once ordered. Next time, I will order a couple of courses together to span the gap. Other than that, food was delicious and we had a good time.

    We had a reservation at 9pm, got there 9:07 were finally seated at 9:45. We were a big group of 12 so we understand it's difficult but we literally saw our table open and reserved but they didn't seat us for over 30m. So we waited outside in 90 degree weather just looking at our open table and no one setting it up. Not sure why the delay. Once we were seated, service was great! fast and friendly esp with such a large group. we love the atmosphere and casual but elevated vibes. Food was delicious as always. Wish the AC was better tho!

    The food is good. we sat outside everything is well except one homeless sat next us,so the services came to two times to suggest him leave. The pork chop and lamb chop is excellent.

    Our experience here was ok, but we probably won't go back. Had to wait a good while past our reservation time to be seated. Service was fairly slow and not very attentive, we had to get up to refill our own waters a couple of times. My son appreciated the birthday note that was on the table for him when we arrived, nice touch. The food was fine, but in the category I refer to as "Portland Fussy", aka trying too hard with too many disparate ingredients. If that's your jam, you'll probably enjoy it a lot.

    Went for happy hour and I love this place so much! Food is great, service is friendly but not overbearing. My friend got a Pimm's Cup and the bartender came over to check and see if it was to her liking! Will be brining my dad here when he comes to visit in a week. Also sometimes they have live music outside and it's just lovely! It was Spanish guitar last time. This place is a Portland staple.

    Our waiter was helpful and made great recommendations for food choices. Service was great and the food was terrific! If we lived in Portland, we would be there regularly. Please bring one to the East Valley in Phoenix!

    Just disappointed the only option was to sit outside. I really enjoy getting the experience of being in the restaurant and experiencing the ambiance of the restaurant itself I can sit outside on the street and eat anywhere….not my thing to be nestled next to a car parked on the street and be subject to some of the homeless folks walking by If I am spending north of $200 at a restaurant which is the going rate most places I go, I would like to have the option to sit inside at least and be more comfortable
