Our meal was fantastic. My only criticism was that the beets in the beet and apple salad were very large chunks and quite warm. We found the noise level higher then usual as there was a wedding party in the back part of the restaurant and some of the guests near us were quite loud. We enjoyed our evening though and will return.

The food and service were excellent. Nothing we ordered disappointed but are standouts were the carpaccio, tuna, hummus chips, eggplant fries, rigatoni (would seem heavy but it wasn’t. Amazing), and the rhubarb tart.

Excellent experience. The server (Lola) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. I was especially impressed at how she made sure that our dishes came out according to what went well together. Regarding the meal itself, what stood out to me the most is that each dish featured one star ingredient (cabbage, tuna, melon, etc) and in each dish, I could taste exactly that ingredient. The sauces and garnishes were there to enhance and complement it, but never hide it. This tells me that they take pride in the ingredients and are not using heavy extras to hide a lower quality ingredient or errors in cooking technique. I can't wait to go back and try more things.

Lovely as always. Everything was great. Service was excellent. Flammekuchen, Sourdough, Wood-Fired B.C Wild Morels, Grilled ACME Chicken, Wood-Fired Berkshire Pork Shoulder, and Grilled Steak au Poivre executed perfectly. Extraordinary dining experience. With attentive service from Marianne the sommelier, who explained the wind pairings with the 5 course set menu. The plates built from appetizers to the beef finale with all my favorites: tuna sashimi, seared scallops, foie gras, to a dessert finale that was exquisite, especially with the "secret" dessert wine that we failed miserably to guess. A mandatory stop on any visit to Montreal! Reservations a must!

Here on a quick business trip, solo dining. Had the beef wellington which was impeccable, beef done to order and perfect flaky crust. Risotto a little underseasoned or else would have been 5 stars across the board for me.

Space is beautiful, food was amazing and the service was a perfect mix of attentive without being overbearing. My friend and I sat at the bar and had amazing service from both our waiter as well as the bartender. The only negative about the experience was our interaction with hostess counter. Upon arriving, we noticed that there were a lot of tables open and requested that our reservation be moved to a table. We were told very sternly that those tables were reserved. When my friend and I left 2 hours later, the same two tables we had inquired about were still empty and had not been sat the entire duration of our visit. It is unfortunate that this put a damper on what was otherwise a great experience.

We take you for a walk.. we had a cocktail as aperitive it very good but should skipped it. We had 6 amazing courses with paring wines. After been a week testing dining in equivalent restaurants this is in quality by far the best. Taste balance and presentation were excellent. Service and knowledge of staff was very good. Would receive a Michelin star in Holland, for second table and fine tuning in service. Overall excellent great evening.

The food was incredible! We had a lot of specials and they were beyond delicious! A5 wagyu, truffle omelette, a mushroom egg noodle pasta, steak tartare, ribeye in a butter sauce and the Japanese rice side dish. Our waitress Caroline couldn’t have been more passionate about the food and more attentive and sweet if she tried. It was such a wonderful experience.
