It’s a great experience to have a 3-starred Michelin restaurant meal yesterday, I was very enjoying in the meal. However, there’s some pity that I have to say. First, the way of confirmation of the booking was weird. I received a call to confirm the booking but the staff wanted me to say my card number in order to guarantee the booking, which was strange , maybe you let me type the card number on the website, booking system or using Apple Pay, your way to confirm the booking is so weird that I suspected it’s a fraud. Secondly, we ordered the 7-courses tasting menu last night, but we waited for a extremely long time before main dish coming, approximately 40mins, which cause everyone has finished the meal but we haven’t. Not only we were the last-leaving table of guests last night but also we were forced to cancel the next schedule because of the delay of the main dish. But I have to say, this restaurant is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever tried, but some pity made the experience not as nice as I felt.

We really like Kricket and live close to the Brixton one. We had a lovely meal Easter Monday lunch time at Soho branch. Best was the fried chicken and the burnt garlic Dahl. The lamb was ok but nothing special for the price. Also the breads are really good.

One of the best restaurants that we have ever been to. The atmosphere was smooth and tranquil. The food was spectacularly tasty and well presented. Everyone in the restaurant has carried out the perfect service. Flawless, praises all round, cannot fault them. We would love to come back many more times.

Pacing of food was great and service was for the most part professional, accurate and attentive - though they did forget my after dinner drink. Temperature of the restaurant was waaay too hot. Food was outstanding!

Food was great. Duck agnolotti a little dry but the roasting juices sorted that out. Sabayon was banging! Gruner Veltliner was also delicious. 10/10. Will dine again.

Excellent wine list and sommelier selection. Vegetarian menu most appealing. Second visit and would definitely return for a third. Choice of masks were most effective as many restaurants opt for cover where you can't establish what is being communicated. Maitre D' Lady manager deserves a second star alone.

It was an excellent return visit Faultless service and a delicious tasting menu, a shame the crab lasagne was not on this menu but that was easily rectified by adding an extra course to share ! Each course was delicious and the paired wines perfect We must thank the Maitre d’hotel Franco Becci for making sure we had a wonderful evening , nothing was too much trouble for him.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. The food was incredible, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious with every bite. A very special occasion for my wife’s birthday.

Went here with my mum and dad to celebrate my graduation. We opted for the plum blossom set menu. The value for money is exceptional for what you get. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. For those who don't drink any alcohol, I thoroughly recommend the Kowloon Cooler. The service is exceptional, the staff are attentive without being intrusive, they have this done to a fine art. Nothing is too much trouble and the special request that I made for the dessert was done perfectly. Just one small point that I would like to make is regarding the music. There is no need to have it on quite so loud (the speakers in the restaurant are very powerful!). It can make having a conversation slightly difficult at times. Please note that I would not hesitate to return here again and this didn't impact on my experience in a negative way. Thank you so much to all of the team at Hakkasan Mayfair for helping to make my graduation day so special.

This is not the first time we have dined at Launceston Place and was noted by the staff. This shows how much attention the staff pay to their customers as it was six months since our last visit. The menu innovative without being pretentious.

I’ve always enjoyed the dinners here and I’ve been visiting every year but haven’t been able to do so with the covid restrictions with travel so I’m glad to be back. The ambience remains the same and the food was amazing. While the food could have been faster i don’t want to complain as I enjoyed the whole wine pairing and tasting menu experience. Im definitely returning again next year!

Got a very welcome even though we were early. The table was ready and service prompt. Very comfortable and clean. The food was delicious, so full of flavour we really wanted to lick the plates.

The food was absolutely outstanding! Each of the 6 courses were delicious and the waiter was superb! He explained each course with enthusiasm. In addition we had the cheese course which didn’t disappoint and the appetisers were fab too!

Fantastic food. Minimalist menu but everything is delightful. Lovely staff, beautiful wooden furniture and it’s a slight but bustling place. Excellent service and the tips are built into the price! On the more medium-expensive side but it’s worth it.

Brilliant food with exceptional service. The chef kept serving suprise tasters which really worked well around the courses. I'm not much of a high end diner, but I found the experience very wholesome and welcoming as the place had a nice ambiance and the staff very very laid back and friendly while still providing exceptional service, which is truly a talent in itself. And even the bill wasn't as crazy expensive as I originally fear. Definitely worth a visit for a special occasion!

St John is never a disappointment. Always glad to return! Food is always exceptional and the staff are the recipe book to the chefs pieces. The breakdown of flavours and textures waiters/waitress give really help you understand the dishes. Can’t wait to go back to either restaurants.

I would highly recommend the Harwood Arms. The food was absolutely delicious. We had 3 courses, starting with a snack as well. Good portions, we were quite full at the end of the dinner! It was all well worth it! :)

It would not be hyperbole to say this is a strong contender for the best restaurant in London. It’s certainly in the top three. Not sure I can fault anything at all, oh and the chef is a bloody genius.

Delicious food, friendly service, in a sleek and ambient environment.

Lovely atmosphere, lovely food. Very friendly (sometime over friendly!) staff. Service was a little slow, took half an hour for them to take our order. But a great evening.

My second visit in 6 months, having been blown away by the whole experience the first time around. This time we were a bigger group of 5 and were seated on a communal table (which was no problem) whereas before my friend and I were up at the counter, overlooking the kitchen (which was also fab). The service was great, both waiters who dropped by our table ensured we understood the menu and sharing plates approach. The food was mostly amazing and good value, the only feedback would be around the bigger veal dish - it was one of the most expensive on the menu yet was pretty basic and bland; not in line with all the other WOW plates on the menu, wish we all thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend visiting Westerns Laundry, it's a real treat.
