We were 3 couples who were once neighbors but now are rather scattered. We used this location as a central meeting point. The staff gave us an alcove to ourselves and were patient when we were spending more time chatting than looking at the menus. Five of us got various different burgers and all said they enjoyed them. One ordered pizza, which was quite thin and just okay on taste.

We had a wonderful 91st birthday dinner for my mother… our party of 5 had a quiet and intimate table. We were treated to a champagne toast to begin our experience, which was lovely and unexpected! Our server Alyssa was great very attentive and very friendly. The food was less desired. Chicken alfredo was bland and the linguine with clams was lacking which was not a good portion size for the money.

We used to come for the view, which is the best in the city! Now, we come for the food and no longer worry about the view. The food is incredible, with the tuna tartare and burrata our favorite apps, and the rigatoni and the burger our favorite entrees. The cocktails are also amazing....try the lychee raspberry bellini, it is a favorite. Cannot recommend this place enough.....

The place looks beautiful decorated for Christmas- sat in the lobby and had drinks before our reservation and really enjoyed just relaxing and sharing laughs with family. Sat in the bar at a high top table and tried the Brie for and appetizer and highly recommend. Also had the Bulls Head fries which are amazing! Entrees included the black bean burger wrap and the buffalo chicken sandwich - both delicious! Server was wonderful! One of our favorite spots to dine!

The Seven Stars Inn is the original Chester County steakhouse. We may be new to OpenTable, but we have been wowing our guests for over 275 years by featuring overly generous portions of the finest beef, veal and seafood served in a gracious white table cloth atmosphere. Legend has it that the Inn even served President George Washington himself in this very same historic building set in scenic Chester County.

The cocktail lounge is warm and inviting, and the well thought out wine list includes a broad spectrum of varietals and geographic origins.

Family friendly, the Seven Stars has not only a great Children’s Menu but also a Young Adult’s Menu. Both of these menus scale down the size of the serving and price of their offerings to help mom and dad afford an evening out with the whole family.

About the restaurant
The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers 80 seats with indoor and outdoor tables, and private dining spaces for events and gatherings. The outdoor patio displays sweeping views of the Delaware River. The main dining room offers a mix of freestanding tables and booths.During the winter months, reservations for outdoor tables are not available. However, you are more than welcome to make a note in your reservation that you would like to sit outside. The patio is heated.
Parking in New Hope can be hard to come by. The parking lot located in front of Stella is owned and operated by the Bucks County Playhouse. Stella cannot validate parking. When valet is present the cost to park is $30. When valet is not available, spaces are metered and paid for via the ParkMobile app. 100% of all parking proceeds directly benefits the betterment of the Bucks County Playhouse.

We enjoyed a very nice Thanksgiving diner after we requested a change in seating. We were originally seated in their enclosed outdoor area, which they called "high tops" when I made the reservation. It was a bit noisy near a bar area. We requested a change in seating and were moved to a much nicer indoor area. After that we had great service and wonderful turkey dinner. The portions were generous and well prepared.
