Intimate customer service from the multitude of staff. Friend & I asked for recommendation on cocktails and the server gave us very good surprises. Followed later by a 'mystery cocktail' that I did not order - but I'm pretty sure we weren't even charged for? Which is very kind. I am new to the area so it was by chance I found Aromi on Google Maps as a quiet dinner catchup with a good friend visiting. But I will absolutely be returning shortly as the restaurant would do well for a romantic date.

Our favourite pizza in Sydney. Always a great atmosphere, friendly staff and good music playing. The constantly changing starters keep things interesting on repeat visits (we've been probably 8 times now) and the pizza is second to none. If you're not ordering the clam pizza you're seriously missing out. Also the wine selection is concise but has a nice blend of Aussie and Italian options - my current favourite red was discovered here.

Had a dinner at Ecco Bistro. It was pleasant to receive anniversary congratulations from the staff - very thoughtful. The food was outstandingly delicious. For every course we were offered a pairing wine which didn’t disappoint. Purebred wagyu steak was absolutely amazing. Every dish was beautifully served and the staff were very caring and attentive. Great atmosphere, open kitchen space, this place has many reasons to name themselves one of the best fine dining restaurants in Brisbane. Will be coming back.

Brought my partner here for her birthday dinner and was left pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and how it was served. Commendable efforts on ensuring no food was wasted and that an ingredient could be used in such unique ways. Only drawback was that no outside cake was allowed for consumption and there was no special cake/cupcake/any sort of desserts served other than the stated menu despite it being a special occasion.

We had some trouble finding it, as the only indicator of the restaurant was a red lantern in front of some white sliding doors. no sign or anything of the sort. but once we got in we were thoroughly impressed. The food was incredible, the servers were wonderful, and the atmosphere was very cool but a bit loud for us as a family and a kid with sensory issues (should have brought headphones). Also, some of the pictures on the wall weren’t very family friendly (a few nearly-naked anime women). Even still, it was the highlight of our trip to the gold coast by far. The tuna sashimi and the tenderloin were our favourites, with the mushrooms being a must-try, unique dish. Thank you all so much for having us!!

The new location for Green Canteen is like a little hideaway retreat. It felt so nice being there, I love the new location! Like a rainforest getaway while watching the moon rise from my dinner table. The food has been our favorite for many years and now the location just makes it even nicer. It was quiet, no busy street noisy, the tables are spaced out so we could talk privately.. it was PERFECT.. not to mention the service by Hannah and the other girls is just next level. I feel like this review sounds too nice, but it’s literally that good.. i just love going there.

The chefs selection is the best way to experience the menu. A 4 course meal (including dessert) was an amazing experience throughout the night. There’s a reason this is my favourite pub in Melbourne and why I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. staff are always super friendly and the food is top notch. I had the special steak & mushroom pie which was so delicious.. My partner had the lamb shoulder which was just Devine! Way to big for one sitting- we just shared the leftovers for lunch ! Great value food! ❤️ Will be back! (Please put the kangaroo back on the menu soon!)

A beautiful wholesome experience. Everyone had a job and they got it done. From the welcoming, to being seated, food and drinks arriving was seamless. Each dish was brought out by various kitchen staff and talked you through the dishes. Fergus made a excellent wine pairing for us, allowing it to be specialised and personalised from local wines to wines from around the world. It was amazing seeing the city view from the afternoon to sunset and then getting to enjoy a cocktail in the Lui Bar to finish off. A massive thanks to the whole team for an incredible experience. An experience that I hope to get to do again!
