About the restaurant
Trinity reopened in October 2015 with the same ethos, culture and team whilst recreating a new and refreshing backdrop - retaining its sophistication and remaining a restaurant of significance in Clapham.
An alfresco dining area accommodates 16 guests, the dining room seating 40 guests that now have a clear view into an open plan kitchen with banquette seating surrounded by the soft hues of jade green and dusty heather pink.
Staying true to his style of cookery, the new menu will focus on Adam’s interpretation of great classics in a relaxed and approachable setting.
The kitchen presents a four course a la carte menu for a set price of £70 for lunch and £120 for dinner. The wine list continues to offer great value with the Chef's Cellar List (just add VAT and corkage), increasing both our quantity and quality and a overall extension to the main wine list of up to 400 bins now on display in the feature wine cellar on the ground floor.

It takes a ‘Liberated’ approach to Chinese cooking, respectful of the flavours from its Chinese heritage but not bound by it, offering a menu primarily of specialities unique to Kai. Desserts also feature as a key part of its meal experience utilising ingredients synonymous with the Nanyang region like pandan and durian. Kai has held it’s Michelin Star since 2009.

We love our food and spend way too many nights in restaurants! Looking for something different while working in Bristol we came across some great reviews for this restaurant and wow were they right it has to be one of the best restaurants for service and amazing tasting food we have been to for a long time. The team in the restaurant were welcoming, friendly, efficient and really passionate and knowledgable about the food and wine. While all the food was exceptional, the highlights were the Prawns, the cabbage (don't usually complement the sides!) and the Goats Cheese with Honey (which we have tracked down to buy more of!). We will be back and advise you give it a try too. Its a little on the expensive side compared to the area but worth every penny in food, wine, team and atmosphere.

Overall, Peace & Loaf is a gem of a restaurant that exudes culinary excellence. With its friendly staff and delectable lunch menu offering, it's a place we'll definitely be returning to again and again. Highly recommended for anyone in search of a memorable dining experience. While the food was undeniably delicious, the only issue we encountered was that the temperature in the restaurant was a bit chilly, (we arrived @ 12pm). About the restaurant
Portland opened in 2015 and received a Michelin star the same year - which we have retained to this day. We try to offer the best contemporary example of fine dining in London – the finest produce we can find cooked with precision and a high level of technique led by our executive chef Stuart Andrew and head chef Chris Bassett and his team.

We offer a la carte and also a Tasting Menu at lunch and dinner.

Wine is as important as food and service at Portland. Our main wine list aims to offer brilliant value on interesting, different wines which we hope you seldom see on restaurant wine lists. Our Single Bottle List contains bins of some of the world’s finest wines and also more accessible offerings from our favourite producers.

Apart from the main restaurant, we hope that our private room and its offer of secluded and separate dining is just the thing for special family events or business meetings.

About the restaurant
Vasco and Piero opened the restaurant in 1971. Vasco and Piero created the restaurant out of a passion for good, uncomplicated Italian food. The making of fresh pasta on the premises has always been a priority. From the outset, the menu changed twice a day, a tradition which still continues.
Vasco was born in Umbria and as a result of this many foods are sourced direct from farmers in this region. Particular favourites are truffles, wild mushrooms, seasoned cheeses and cured meats such as lombetto and capocollo.
We only use the best quality extra virgin olive oil mainly from Umbria, Central Italy.
Many of our hams & salames such as Lombetto (a cured loin of pork) are imported from local Umbrian farms.
When in season, we import black & white truffles from hunters around the hills of Umbria.
Our balsamic vinegar is from Modena. We use Maldon sea salt with pure flaky crystals.
