It may be called a steakhouse, but one of the things that Jack Ruby's Steakhouse is best known for is its sushi. Diners rave about the sushi selection on the menu here, which includes a large selection of nigiri and sashimi, classic rolls, and specialty rolls as well. Jack Ruby's gets inventive with its specialty rolls. People can order a Ruby Roll, which is baked scallop, ebi, crab, avocado, asparagus, sweet potato crunch, masago, eel sauce, scallion, tobiko, and furikaki, or a Broadway Roll, which has panko fried sea bass, spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado, crispy onions, tobiko, sweet chili, and kabayaki sauce.
