Linger is one of the top vegan restaurants in all of Colorado. They specialize in vegan food and are known for their friendly staff and bright, vibrant atmosphere. They have a number of amazing vegan dishes for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner! The sopapillas are completely vegan, light, and delicious. Chorizo tacos have seasoned Soyrizo topped off with avocado aioli — so delicious you’ll want to eat more than one! Their vegan duck buns, Breakfast Dosa, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potato waffle fries are all vegan favorites here, too. The location has a cool rooftop bar with views of downtown Denver, too. The owner was so successful that he has opened up a number of other restaurants in Denver, including El Five next door.

El Five is a vegan restaurant located on the 5th floor above the LoHi. It has awesome views of the Downtown Denver skyline and you can watch the sunset over the city over dinner. Grab a seat on the open-air patio with a group of friends while you drink and nosh on the vegan dishes here. The menu has sharing platters — a number of which are vegan-friendly, such as the spread platter with charred carrot hummus, artichokes, and more.
