not my first time here so I wanted to return when I had visitors with me from out of town. Beautiful location within a converted green house (not hot) with a lovely menu of delicious food. Can be busy so booking is a recommended as it is a little far out of the main city. not too head to get the restaurant, U-Bahn is relatively close with a short walk after, or bus can take you virtually to the front door. After you've eaten you can walk around the loverly garden.

Nice place, good food, a bit loud but still ok, became calmer towards closing time. Service quite good despite rush hour. A bit of waiting time still. Could have taken away the empty cups faster. But overall nice experience! Will certainly go again!

This was the best food we had during our entire Germany trip. I wish I remembered our waiter’s name, he was so funny and really made our night. He spoke German but his English was amazing! He grew up in Chicago and was making us laugh all night. So glad we came here. Oh and the drinks were absolutely incredible too!

Good restaurant overall! Good was really yummy, nice mix of International cuisine. Portion size is also good. But drinks were a big let down - have you ever had room temperature Margarita without salt on the rim? We are ok with variations if it tastes good, but nah! Even the cocktails were not exciting at all! We did mention it was a special occasion in the booking, but they did not care honestly! No one asked! Again going there? May be not!

Incredible food. Great spot in Hamburg and would recommend the food without question. Plenty of staff although a little stiff at times. Dress up - it’s a place to go and be seen I think. If you want warm and friendly - this is not your place. The food however was exceptional!

Excellent, creative food in a nice atmosphere combined with great service. The drinks menu has a large variety of choices including some great non-alcoholic drinks. The Crotini is the best non-alcoholic cocktail I have ever had - it even beats quite a few alcoholic cocktails from a pure taste standpoint. While the food quality was very good, we were not as wowed as on our first visit a year ago (we had the four course menu) - but maybe it was just the choice of dishes (e.g., the bouillabaise was rather boring). However, the oyster as 'pre-appetizer' was probably the best I have ever had and I also really loved the chocolate creme brulee plus sorbet. Would go there again - but choose different dished next time for courses two and three.

The quality of meat is fantastic! Banchan is a bit underwhelming and items like miso soup not only seem to be misplaced at BBQ but also tasted anything but actual miso soup (e.g. the tofu being too firm). Furthermore, it’s strange to be given lettuce for wrapping the meat and not the more appropriate perilla leaves. Wish the AC had worked as well and alcohol wasn’t so wildly overpriced (Soju is the cheapest alcohol possible, how is it more than 10€) but honestly because service was super kind and the meat tasted so delicious, the overall impression is still very positive, if not really authentic.
