Adega is the only Toronto restaurant I dine at which is consistently great. The dining room is very comfortable and quiet - no kids, no music, no screaming drunk patrons - and I always get a warm welcome from the staff. The food is always perfect and today's lunch was no exception! The romaine salad is the best Caesar salad in town (even though they don't call it a Caesar) IMO. I had grilled octopus on a bed of grilled vegetables - everything cooked to perfection. It was a very generous lunch serving. My friend had the daily soup - squash - and said it was smooth and perfect, followed by the daily fish special, a boneless grilled white fish also served with veg. The chocolate mousse is the best I've had anywhere. All my friends and family are regulars. We all love Adega!

We had a wonderful tasting experience at Avenue. The dishes had much thought put into them and could tell they take pride in what they prepare and serve. The cocktails where fantastic also. All the tasting dishes that we had where very good and the use of unique combinations of flavors really set this restaurant apart from other fine dining establishments. Drinks and food were wonderful. I had the Euphorie cocktail and my husband had an old fashioned. Both were excellent. We had the mushroom ravioli and foie grois with “creme brûlée”. Both were delicious. Entrees were beef bourginon, duck breast with wild berries, scallops and lobster, and chicken breast with Brie. All were fantastic and the presentation was excellent. We finished with chocolate mousse, creme brûlée, napoleon, and Chambord soufflé. The soufflé and mousse were the best. Service was superb, from wine recommendations to attentiveness. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back.

My wife and I went there for our anniversary and it was perfect. There is plenty of good food in Banff but if you want fine dinning, go to Eden. From the moment you check in to the desert, you know you are at a very nice restaurant. My wife recently developed a food allergy and I simply cannot explain the level of effort that the staff and the chef made to accommodate. You felt as if you were the only people in the room and the staff was plesantly friendly and warm. We ended up laughing and staying much later than expected due to the wonderful staff. I would absolutely go back in the future and I highly recommend the food, staff and overall experience.

Such a place is really worth to have diner. Everything, not just some, but everything was state of the art. Food with ways of presenting and serving, surprises and quality. Staff at the top with competence, empathy and hapiness. Best lobster from Ile Madeleine we had for a long period. King crab cake was delicious The menu is more than outstanding value for money, it is impressive for such a price to deliver such high quality food.

I had dinner at your café a few weeks ago with a friend, and I loved the Chicken Tawouk so much... I came back with a different person and praised the chicken ... Unfortunately, this time around the chicken was dry instead of tender and juicy. I was disappointed. Did you change the chef? I loved the service. Bridget was efficient, friendly, professional, and informative. There was also a server, who was wonderful. He brought our meals and explained everything perfectly. I loved the ambiance. I loved the Grape leaves and the Muhamarrah. I loved the bread. The Cod was excellent. Having the Harrissa on the side was a great idea. We are not familiar with the bread being charged, but it was delicious. Thank you! Magda

I made a reservation for myself and two friends visiting from Australia. As always, I wasn’t disappointed and my friends loved it…….from the location, the furnishings and the food and service. We shared the charcuterie board for starters and 2 of us had the mussels and clams and the other guest had the halibut. We finished with the cheesecake. The service is always great here but last night it was impeccable with explanation for dishes and checking to make sure we were happy. It’s my go to place for fine dining in Burnaby!

This is much more than just going out for dinner - it's a whole journey. The food is fabulous (only one course we didn't care for), and the pairings are phenomenal. We were happy to see non-alcoholic options, and they were by far the most exquisite mocktails we've ever had. The staff is such a well-oiled machine, and the whole evening is an awesome experience of food, drink, and service. Expect to be there for at least 3 hours!

A delightful and historic fine dining experience befitting the community and the cuisine. We stood attention for The Drill and let the Chef captain our culinary corvette on a creative four-course journey. By the time the mainsails were set, we were already full yet eager to try the next delectable surprise dishes. Blaze was our first mate and ensured we were well taken care of and appropriately lubricated for our gastronomical adventure. It’s a day later and we are still happily satiated and eager for a future trip.

We went out for our wedding anniversary dinner. We had checked the menu online beforehand and thought we might order the Chateaubriand for two. Unfortunately they were sold out of it . However our second choices made us forget about that little setback. I had the filet and my husband the strip loin . Both steaks were tender, juicy, flavourful and cooked to a perfect medium rare. Sides of aioli potatoes and mushrooms were delicious complements to the meat. The Caesar salad came topped with its own little anchovy, very tasty. Our server Adam was very pleasant , professional and adept at decanting a lovely bottle of wine. We were too full for desert, but not too full to enjoy a lovely trio of macarons from the house wishing us a happy anniversary. Thanks very much E18hteen , you made a special occasion very special.
