I found that the staff is so welcoming , and Mike the owner has a great gentle personality that makes me feel that I am home. Wow! Amazing food and great service. Alex, the bartender greeted us and also crafted a special cocktail not on the menu. Emily, our server was incredibly helpful not only with thoughts on the food but also tips on some other local places for us to try. Drinks and food were wonderful. I had the Euphorie cocktail and my husband had an old fashioned. Both were excellent. We had the mushroom ravioli and foie grois with “creme brûlée”. Both were delicious. Entrees were beef bourginon, duck breast with wild berries, scallops and lobster, and chicken breast with Brie. All were fantastic and the presentation was excellent. We finished with chocolate mousse, creme brûlée, napoleon, and Chambord soufflé. The soufflé and mousse were the best. Service was superb, from wine recommendations to attentiveness. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back.

Grilled sardines appy was lovely. The grilled seafood dinner for 2 was ample, tasty and a nice presentation server was very knowledgeable and helpful with wine selection. Always a bit ironic when it takes longer to be served than the length of time they say say will give you to dine when making the reservation 😜 but we were not in a rush. Tartlet dessert was amazing and worth the wait (as larger parties we’re getting their entrees) but our coffee was getting cold and we finished it before dessert came.

The food was delicious and the service was for the most part great. My favourite courses were the steak tartare and the scallop. The people who brought out food to the table were delightful and really knowledgeable about each dish. The one off putting thing is the fact that we asked the waiter (the one who was clearing our plates and brought us the bill) for a cup of plain hot water since it was cold and the waiter brought us hot water with lemon which we thought was a sweet gesture until we saw a charge for $3 for a single lemon wedge?! We didn’t even ask for lemon, we just wanted a plain cup of hot water. We were already spending $160/person for the tasting menu so we can afford the $3 but it’s just ridiculous to charge for something we didn’t even ask for. Atleast let us know ahead of time? Otherwise the food was divine and service was good. I normally tip 20% but tipped 15% instead because the waiter charged for things we didn’t ask for and the waiter had the audacity to look upset as we said thank you and left. That’s still over a $50 tip I have no idea why that would be an issue.

We loved our waitress. I believe her name is Morgan. She was so friendly, our orders were perfect and the food brought in a very timely fashion. Our only concern was the cost of the entrees. We would have loved to order a steak but the cost was too high. Unfortunate. Otherwise everyone loved their dishes. I ordered the salmon and it melted in my mouth like butter. The dessert was divine & large enough to be shareable. I appreciate that the staff recognized my friend’s birthday. She has been very ill so the dinner was particularly important for us. This was our first time visiting R62. Living in Lynden, we were excited to have a farm-to-table spot just across the border. We're very happen with how the evening went. We went out for our wedding anniversary dinner. We had checked the menu online beforehand and thought we might order the Chateaubriand for two. Unfortunately they were sold out of it . However our second choices made us forget about that little setback. I had the filet and my husband the strip loin . Both steaks were tender, juicy, flavourful and cooked to a perfect medium rare. Sides of aioli potatoes and mushrooms were delicious complements to the meat. The Caesar salad came topped with its own little anchovy, very tasty. Our server Adam was very pleasant , professional and adept at decanting a lovely bottle of wine. We were too full for desert, but not too full to enjoy a lovely trio of macarons from the house wishing us a happy anniversary. Thanks very much E18hteen , you made a special occasion very special.

Our server had impeccable timing, being both patient (we took a long time to order) AND prompt (when we did order) and had enthusiastic and authentic recommendations for dinner. Food was delicious (try the braised lamb!). We had a great time, thank you to the team @ Nash!

My husband and I enjoyed the chefs tasting menu and could not say one negative thing about our dinner, it was delicious! The service was good, never had a dirty plate on our table, water was always full, but there were some long gaps between plates. The restaurant was about half full so we were sure what the delay was. Overall we highly recommend you splurge on the chefs tasting menu.

Incredible experience. The best steak I’ve had (blue beef tenderloin). They knew it was our anniversary and brought us a small dessert to share. The restaurant was busy but not noisy. The service was amazing. The ambience amazing. The night was perfect! The only feedback is it was a little pricey- that being said the food was delicious & with costs rising I can’t say it wasn’t worth it -I will def come back
