a veryyy delicious eat at No.100 Flinders Lane. we attended on a quieter evening, which made our visit feel extra special! waitstaff were extremely welcoming, talking us casually through the menu and all having impressive insight of the details of their wine list and produce! everything was absolutely yum. the (complimentary!) mortadella with ricotta was so cute and delish. the tomatoes were so sweet and ripe (reminiscent of those in europe ), squid was extremely fresh with a slight bite, and the salad was the perfect refreshing side. everything went so well together and the focaccia made the perfect mop for all the extra juices . we did feel the squid would benefit from a crunchy element. the torta was literal perfection, gooey in the centre but more dense on the outside. paired with the orange cream…we literally didn’t speak to each other while eating this lol. the perfect place for a cosy wine and snacks nightwe can’t wait to come back!

One thing I've missed since turning Vegan 7years ago is a good crumbly schnitzel and this place delivers! A huge portion with parmigiana sauce, delicious. My wife and I just celebrated our anniversary here and it's a very fancy posh restaurant, very friendly staff and good music at a good volume. We had three starters, mushrooms, focaccia, and spanakopita, and we polished the plates. Highly recommend, we'll definitely be back and not just for special events.

From the moment of entering all the way to leaving, literally everything was amazing! This being our first time at Etsu, the staff was very helpful with guiding us through the menu and answering any and all of our questions. Drinks and food was all spot on and especially the wagyu carpaccio, man.. That’s something else! Ambiance is set to perfection - the lighting makes it intimate but the music keeps it energetic. Like is this a fancy restaurant or a nightclub? It doesn’t even matter! Well done guys! Will definitely recommend and return!

This was a real surprise! We have never been here and we’re very surprised! Food was absolutely delicious - from the entrees to the desserts! No one had a complete about anything! Utterly yummy!
