My only complaint is the very uncomfortable outdoor chairs. Metal which are hot when the sun hit them. You can't lean back in them as it hurts your back. Highly suggest they purchase some new outdoor chairs. Even the waitress apologized about the terrible chairs. She stated every one says how awful they are.

I love brunch at Pier 7 - just hard to choose between the Avocado Bennie, the Smoked Salmon Bennie and the decadent chick and waffles or pancakes. This time we had a group of 9 and the staff made a great table for us on the outdoor, very much heated, patio. Our server was amazing. We have had the same gentleman the last two times we were in and he was great with checking my dinner was safe as a celiac and also suggesting great wines. When they were out of milk which my daughter requested he suggested a Shirley Temple which was great. Only complaint we had was we waited a long time for the bill but then saw on the table we could pay via credit card at the table. Would have been great to be told about this at the end of the meal or to receive a bill as we prefer to pay by debit.

We are much happier with our second visit to Eat Bar & Patio Haraheri on Jan 1st than our previous visit. The service was top notch from walking in the door to leaving the restuarant. The server explained the daily special and regular menu properly. All the items ordered were really good but hope the sashimi salad would be like a share-plate portion size. They also have a couple of nice draft craft beers on tap that are not too common. Will come back to try the other daily special items when they are not sold out like yesterday.

So good, we’re returning tonight. Loved the hostess and server. Made us feel so welcomed. Food was incredible. If I had one slight complaint it would be the volume level of the music. And I will now jump up on my soapbox. Musical taste is so individual and ‘you’ pump it into our lives every where we go. Gas station, grocery store etc. I wish that we could spend our mealtime without it once in a while. There I said it. Jumping down now. But I am serious when I complain about that. Music is a big part of my life, and I like to listen to what I enjoy… just not EVERYWHERE. And yes, I am old, and the new stuff sucks!

In this case, our reservation did not work. When we arrived we were told there is no space. We wanted to sit outside. The chef was embarrassed and offered us a glass wine while waiting. The whole situation was a bit strange: we came around 5pm and wanted just a drink, were told all tables were reserved for dinner. So we reserved on Opentable for 7:15pm. When we arrived our reservation was not honored. Half a hour later we were given a table, and oh wonder, at all the other tables the people were consuming drinks. We were the only 'diners'?! After this rather unpleasant experience, we received a very good service, and exceptional good quality of food - which elevated the whole experience to 4-stars.

We were not able to make a booking via the app for 6pm. There was only a 8pm available for reservations. But we called the restaurant and asked about walk ins and they said yes come walk in as there was a table or two available. The restaurant is located in the Delta hotel in downtown Kamloops. The food was very good, we had the Humboldt squid to start, which was very tasty served with jalapeños deep-fried, which made them spicy, but not too hot and then we had the elk steak, which was amazing, so lean and so tender. My partner is a non-drinker and this is the first time a restaurant has offered a non-alcoholic gin done as a flight, so that was super awesome. Overall, the experience was really good. Highly recommend it. It’s unfortunate that Kamloops is such a meh kind of place - there could be a lot more the City could do to bring up the energy and create a great vibe.

Casey was our waitress and she was absolutely fantastic!!! The restaurant ambiance was great but the food could have been better. The chicken bites had a lot of grissel the nachos were skimpy on the toppings and the cheese wasn’t melted. The artichoke dip was good

Fabulous place. We’re over from England looking for a good restaurant and this was it! Excellent food and wine and brilliant service. The manager gave us a free dessert which was a very tasty pumpkin pie. One of the few places that have mastered genuine surprise and delight.

Very good main meal as always, Mr Mikes burger and fries is great taste and value. However sirloin bites appetizer left a lot to be desired and definitely would never re-order. In fact almost sent back to kitchen based on poor taste, poor appearance and poor value. Yes they should have beef appy, but the one we ordered was very grim. Reservation made for "upper level" never happened as staff said unavailable at this time altogether. My vinyl seat cushion was torn and a leaving a giant hole exposing rubber was low class. Almost requested another table. Finally menus should be left at the table for further contemplation. We felt they were wrenched out our hands and it took a lot of effort to get one back to order something else. I wondered if they had limited copies and needed ours for incoming patrons? Please provide more.

I had high tea at Laduree for my birthday. The food was fresh and delicious. For the price, you get a lot of food. I came hungry and still had to take some of our desserts home. Since the cafe part is small it was quite loud when all the tables were full, but it eventually quieted down. Our server Ryo was fantastic. Even though the cafe was short staffed, he was kind and attentive. He even brought out my dessert with a candle without being asked! Thanks Ryo for making my day that much more special :)

We like good service and fine food. We got both! Our waitstaff person, Ryan, added to this overall experience. He was attentive, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, not only about the food and wine, but about life in Whistler. We decided not to do the prix fixe menu as it was too much food; we were not starving. We chose an entree (Steelhead Trout) which was delicious. The house white was perfect with the fish and the crème brûlée wonderful! Highly recommend this establishment.

We had another wonderful lunch at this exceptional restaurant . The 3 course tasting menu was delicious, beautifully presented and the wine recommendations complemented all courses beautifully. I was with a party of 4 and everyone really enjoyed their meal. My dish was fabulous and everyone else really loved their meal. The service was super friendly and efficient - the food was obviously brought out as soon as it was ready because it was hot. We were celebrating 2 birthdays (one a week past and one coming up) but we still got two delicious birthday desserts. Biggest complaint - Entered Anniversary as the special occasion into my online order (24th anniversary no doubt) and it was not acknowledged at all. The restaurant - Calamari was a little chewy but batter and the aioli was good. NY strip loin was a little over the requested medium but juicy and good taste. Top sirloin was a little chewy but tasted great and was cooked perfectly. Garlic mash was great. Loaded baked potato was amazing (needed more sour cream). The chocolate dipped Key Lime pie was amazing! Stole the show.

I celebrated my wife's birthday at this restaurant. This was the first time going there. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. Food was fantastic but it was very expensive. So, it will be important for folks to be prepared for the sticker shock from the bill. Absolutely delicious food though and the staff was amazing. We were 3 people. We shared 1 appetizer, we shared 1 primi and we each had a main course with a bottle of wine. Total was over$425. I loved the food and all of it. Just wish it was a bit friendlier on the budget.

We had a great evening once again at Redstone. The patio is beautiful. Service always 5 Star. We like going Wednesday evenings as there are some specials that appeal to us. $6 wine cannot be ignored. Margherita pizzas of the highest quality and taste are $15. Don't forget a side of fries with aioli sauces. Superb !!!
