Food was excellent, lots of interesting flavors that don't make it into other cuisines. The Broccolini/Bok Choy and the carne asado tacos were real standouts. The dishes were very flavorful without being heavy, which is a rare combo.

The food was excellent and the customer service was phenomenal. Both our waiter and the manager made sure we had an amazing dining experience. We had the shrimp cocktail which is prepared sue vie style so it was extremely tender. We also ordered the mushroom tart that's on a flat puff pastry. It was delicious. We ordered the double burger and whole fried fish and shared them. Again delicious! They even have a cocktail that I believe is only available at their restaurant. It think its called honey I'm sorry I'm late. It's a must try because it's smooth and unique.

Great place that suffers from a so-so location compared to other downtown dining options. When I checked in for my 12:30 pm reservation, I was literally the only person in the restaurant. A few more customers showed up later, but not that many. With that said, the food and service were both top-notch, and I would recommend this place to others. I will definitely visit again.

Really good food - I had a dish of pork chunks that had been simmered in a house blend of spices al cubano. It was so very tender. Service was very attentive except at desert time when there were many more diners. The desert, sopapillas, was chewy and sweet, a perfect ending.

The couple who own il Picolo Morso are the Chef and Hostess. Each does an excellent job. The place is warm and welcoming. The servers are knowledgeable and appropriately attentive. We hadn't been to Liberty Tavern for brunch since 2020 and were delighted with how it has adapted to post-pandemic life. Instead of a buffet, our server brought unlimited small plates, from delicious salads, to eggs, avocado toast, tender sirloin, biscuits, and an assortment of desserts. We will definitely return.

We went with a group of 8. Everyone loved the food—it was fantastic! And the service was great. But we didn’t expect so many hookah smokers. If you have breathing problems, you probably won’t want to eat here. Most of us were not bothered by it, but it was definitely a factor for a few people at our table. The smoke was not heavy, and it’s not unpleasant like cigarettes, mostly a fruity smell. Parking was easy. The food portions were huge, and again, very delicious!!!
