The fabulous food at The Griffin is the work of former Waldorf Astoria Chef, Gerhard. A cut above your standard pub grub, our dishes are cooked to order using fresh, high-quality cuts of meat.Gerhard is from Austria but after meeting on a cruise ship he came to join his wife Claire in Brentford in 1998. Claire was born and raised in Brentford and after 10 years of using the griffin as their local pub they decided to take a leap and take over from the legendary Ralf & Sue.
