Food and service is always top notch. The only place we go to eat during the pandemic. Have been going for months. Completely safe. Perfect ambiance. Highly recommend them.

Excellent meal, both myself and my wife enjoyed the whole experience. The violinist added to the ambiance. The owner, Marcello was very accommodating. The food was top notch. We will certainly be back soon.

Socially distanced tables, great food and a strolling violinist makes for a great evening out. Marcello's table side visits shows he really cares about his customers.

I usually do not go for the specials at restaurants, but this time we decided to order two specials. One was the bronzino fish and the other was a pasta dish with veal and lamb. They were fantastic. We also had their special soup of the day which was very delicious. Marcello is very Hands-On, visiting every table. It was indeed a very special evening.

Marcello's is one of the best gourmet Italian restaurants in the Hudson Valley. Food is fabulous, staff is wonderful and Marcello is the epitome of what a business owner should be.

Authentic Northern Italy cuisine. I had a crab salad that surprised the palate by being warm. The extra large rigatoni homemade pasta was tender and al dente!! Wait staff was very attentive and Marcello himself was present amongst the diners. A wonderful dining experience

An excellent experience. We dined outdoors (with a tabletop heater)
Food was delicious, the eggplant (small portion) was a bit too small.
We enjoyed the violinist that was playing at each table.
Love the fact that we are able to order small plates so that we can try many things.

Our small birthday celebration was an excellent experience at Marcello's.
The care taken by staff, the personal interaction with Marcello, and (of course) the food were everything we wanted and more.

Each dish is carefully prepared with fine ingredients. The menu is a far cry from the usual "Italian Restaurant" fare. It is creative with the ingredients, well presented, and often from areas of Italy that are under-represented elsewhere.

Definitely recommend Marcello's!

Wonderful food, service and ambiance. Not your ordinary Italian-American restaurant. Inventive and delicious plates that are traditional and unique. Service is impeccable. Ambiance is great, even with the current restrictions.

We were a group of 4. I did not particularly enjoy my entree, however, the other 3 in my group enjoyed theirs. The server seemed a bit impatient

Always reliable and excellent. They have been in Suffern for many, many years and there is a reason for it. Food is carefully prepared and presented beautifully. The small plates are a great idea. Can’t go wrong here.

Maitre d was very professional. He made us feel welcome and that our visit was greatly appreciated. He timed his visits to our table perfectly. He never rushed us out. I was impressed with the chef coming out to see how we were doing.

Had an anniversary dinner here! Sat outside. The cars were a bit noisy but not horrible there was pleasant music popped in. That distracted us from the cars.
