Everything was fabulous from the food to the waitstaff. We can’t wait to go back again.
was fun, waitress was great, but my well done hamburger arrived incredibly pink - had to get a new order
Food is incredibly delicious. Their take on eggs benedict with a savory waffle is out of this world. The service was a bit to do desired this time. We have experienced better prior times.
Quality of hot choc and drinks could be improved. Overall great experience
We arrive 25 minutes before reservations.
So they seated us right away there weren't many people.
I went because I wanted to try the fondue but my daughter wanted burgers.
The burgers were outstanding.
And I forced myself to have the fondue which was also delicious.
It's an experience that everyone should try at least once.
First time visiting this restaurant, our waitress was great, good food and nice ambiance. Definitely will be coming back!
Absolutely amazing. Sparkler to boot.
Unfortunately this restaurant extension is suffering in quality. I had previously enjoyed my visits to this restaurant, but there are a few details that reveal that they may be struggling as a business. The waitstaff are inexperienced and inattentive. We had to ask multiple times for items to be brought to the table that had been previously requested. The food is okay, but some of the dishes were incomplete. For example, the waffle fries are advertised as “cocoa-powdered” but had no cocoa powder on them. It was a disappointing experience.
The food here is superb; the service excellent. If you want less volume, go early. The sound level jumped 17db in less than an hour, taking the ambience from comfortable for conversation to difficult. The music could be softer; people wouldn’t feel a need to talk over it.
All in all, a delicious brunch stop.
There for a date night with my daughter ... we both loved it. She’d like to return with some of her friends.
Dessert was very good, but overpriced for the amount you got. Lunch was mediocre at best. Would go back for dessert, but not for the lunch/dinner food. Service was also mediocre.
A little disappointed in food compared to the restaurant in NYC. Dessert was small but made look large with whipped cream, so was basically paying for a large dish of whipped cream. Restaurant looked a little dingy.
Amazing! Great food and portions! Value is so worth it! Great staff and very quick! Can’t wait to come back!
Not busy but service poor. Food average at best.
It was great! I was a little skeptical because of some recent reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was great. I wanted over-the-too desserts and they delivered. And our waiter was excellent. He was attentive and super friendly. Will def go back again!
Food was great. Service was very slow.
Most amazing meal. Never disappoints!!
It’s fun. It’s fanciful without being too girly or childish. Comfort food focused lunch menu. Perfectly executed cheeseburgers. Many, many delicious dessert options.
Took almost an hour to order. Given brunch menu then told brunch wasn’t available. Had to flag down manager multiple times to get service. Crepes were awesome though.
Delicious food and dessert.. we went there to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday. Very enjoyable.. we’ll be back!!!
