Still amazing food and services. did I mention relaxing ambience too ?
Everything was excellent!
Brunch was mediocre. Go for the amazing dinner.
Very good food, everything was very tasty and well presented. Dishes took a bit long to come though. Service was friendly.
It was great. Highly recommended
Excellent food, service and very nice ambience. Our table was indoor and it was really nice even if a little too noisy for me.
I will do back for sure !
10/10 food in the heart of Williamsburg. Definitely recommend for a special occasion, date nights, etc.
Birthday dinner. Food was great. Loved the ambiance. But there was a large group behind me that kept hitting into my chair. Given the covid rules, I was supervised that the restaurant didn’t require everyone to be seated. Also, I had a clear sight to the kitchen at all times and it really bothered me that the head chef was wearing a chin strap the whole evening. Never put it his mask over his nose and mouth up once.
Delicious food with flavorful and unique sauces.
Celebrated a birthday dinner and had a fabulous time. Say at one of the outdoor tables but the service and vibe were still great. Outside can be noisy but the overall experience - and the food - are worth it.
Eat here. You will like it.
Wonderful night dining out. Was my boyfriend’s birthday, and they brought us each a glass of champagne twice throughout the night as well as exemplary service and delicious food.
Awesome food. Everything was good - loved the empanadas, the artichokes, and the fried chicken sandwich.
Great service and great food - beautiful sidewalk dining
Had high expectations about this place however the service wasn’t great as they were under staffed but never explained the situation until we checked out. We never had an assigned waiter/waitress to take care of our order and waited too long to get our food and drinks ordered.
Some of their staple foods were unavailable but the empanadas were to die for.
It was AWESOME and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate the wheelchair in our party. Will definitely being referring it and revisiting! The best dining experience we’ve had in New York as far as accessibility accommodations go - they preempted any potential challenges for navigating the restaurant and make sure everything was ready for us upon arrival. We couldn’t say better things!!!
All round terrible. Poor service, with poor food and drinks. Everything other than the sparkling water had an issue with it. Cocktail was 95% water and ice, fries were cold, salmon was cold. By the time we ate our first bites we’d been there for 45mins. I empathise with the restaurants difficulties in scaling back up, however aspects of our poor meal were nothing to do with that.
The atmosphere was great, the food was phenomenal and very tasty. Great customer service and very friendly staff.
Barbara at the bar offered great service. Excellent baby artichokes.
Food was very bland and tasteless. We had servers confused about who took our order and who didn't. Considering the price and their claim of Michelin star/recognition, it was a very poor experience. I wouldn't recommend their brunch food even over a whole in the wall restaurant.
The plant-based options here - though not too many - are excellent. I enjoyed the roasted cauliflower dish as well as the artichoke salad. Both were delicious. Also tried the burrata which has an interesting mix of pickled vegetables.
Simply adore. My 4th visit. Went this time for brunch and had one of the best brunches EVER. Service here is exquisite. So worth the trip to Williamsburg. (and we love Maria behind the bar!) Thanks everyone.
We had a table for 4 booked for outdoor - although the space was enclosed, the staff immediately offered us prime seating at the end of the bar, where we could face each other and avoid the wind/rain. Service was, as usual, friendly and prompt. Food, as usual, quite delicious. If only I could get the recipe for the Venus in Furs cocktail ... 😏
The food was outstanding and the service was top notch!
It was just too hot in the outside dining structure. Really couldn’t used some fans or to take one side of the paneling out for airflow.
What a gem, Meadowsweet! We discovered it through our subscription to Supperclub, the delivery service during the pandemic and decided to check it out. It is utterly fantastic. The food is beyond delicious (check out the cauliflower dish!) and the service great. It is a lovely intimate restaurant. Notable great cocktails too!
Outside seating was sweltering hot it was unfortunately difficult to enjoy our meal - outdoor fans would be helpful in the summer. Service was OK, we didn't see our server much outside of taking our order and bringing the food.
Food itself was tasty - I ordered the fontina truffle toast - its just one piece of bread. For the cost serving size could have included two pieces.
Just can’t get enough of the pasta and Artichoke salad
The menu is small but the dishes are original and delicious. Service is highly professional and friendly. A beautiful space indoors with plenty of well-spaced outdoors tables as well.
Absolutely fantastic, going again tomorrow. The linguini. The empanadas. Trust me.
Great food and service from the staff. Nice ambiance but can be a bit chilly from the blasting AC.
Fantastic brunch in a comfortable setting (at a surprisingly decent -- though by no means "cheap" price point). Portions hit the "goldielocks" size of being big enough to be satisfying without being over the top. The crispy chicken sandwich and doughnuts in particular were outstanding. Just a fantastic balance of flavors.
Loved the food! I had the artichoke/salad starter as my meal. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a pretty restaurant for everyday or for an occasion. The service was great. The staff was super friendly and attentive.
Absolutely worth it. Every meal, every nite delicious. Must try the beef empanadas and baby artichokes. Omelettes are perfection.
The duck breast was AMAZING and the roasted chicken breast was also great, softest we’ve ever eaten...
While the food was fantastic the service was vintage New York: rude, unaccommodating, with the attitude that you are lucky to have them deign to serve you. Given the number of awesome restaurants in the neighborhood with equally delicious food and better service, I’d take your money elsewhere.
love Meadowsweet! Always a good experience. And will be again soon! Keep up the good work!
Fantastic food. Everything was great
Lovely. Great service. Great food. I would recommend.
