Five Course is $100 for food menu (beverage pairing available)
Nine Course is $145 for food menu (beverage pairing available)
We release reservations 6 weeks (42 days) in advance.

Alice is a fermentation and vegetable focused restaurant in Ottawa, Canada by award winning chef Briana Kim. Our food is inspired by Canadian landscape, and traditional and modern techniques of fermentation around the world. Alice offers one dining option; an 8 course blind tasting menu at $195 per person, and natural wine and fermented juice pairings at $135 per person. Each reservation is booked for 2 hours. We have an intimate dining room; we kindly ask that bookings be dedicated to adults and older children only to ensure a timely service and quiet atmosphere.

    We had a lovely evening celebrating a milestone birthday at Riviera on a Monday night. The service was superb, as was the meal. The Seafood Tower was a standout, as was the Halibut and Lobster Pasta. Dessert was also excellent. Between bites it’s entertaining to take in the expert moves from the mixologist at the bar. It was quite busy for a Monday night but not too loud to hear our table conversation. Everyone enjoyed the evening. Highly recommend.

    The food incredible, staff were ver helpful and friendly, the atmosphere we truly enjoyed. We’d certainly recommend and will be returning on our next trip. Our seating provided us a full view of the kitchen, you could certainly tell they had a passion for what they were preparing…meticulous !!

    Food was great (loved the steak/ frites, and the French onion soup)! Cocktails were delicious and the renovation of the dining room was beautiful! Congrats to the team on such an amazing job! Highly encourage this location for a regular night out or a pre-NAC show!
