Food is good, worth a try.
Really great food and location - right next to station. LOVED the sake experience.
It was a very average meal unfortunately. My chair was back to back with another table’s. I got the large sushi mix which was unimpressive (large rice balls and thin fish layers). The sushi rice was crumbly. We also ordered jasmine tea and it didn’t smell like jasmine or like tea at all and was very diluted, effectively like vaguely yellow hot water. Overall it was a very average experience - and expensive for what it is so I was disappointed I proposed this place to my colleagues.
Limited choice of fish and not the best quality but acceptable
It’s a good restaurant, I don’t blame the staff, but the prices are shocking. It’s not nobu for their prices. I know it’s because it’s part of a hotel and their guests probably don’t know any different that they’re being charged £11.00 for a simple dish of agedashi tofu - usually £4-5 everywhere else. It’s horrible feeling ripped off.
Amazing food, brilliant service all round. Definitely recommend.
Tasty bento box for lunch, staff are very friendly, good place for a quiet chat over good Japanese food.
I ordered the Chicken Bento and my colleague the Sushi Tempura Bento and quiet frankly it was expensive but good value. The pickles on the side were an extra order (£4.00) and quiet frankly a rip off for the cost. Overall the service was fast an efficient and good for a business lunch
Very good food and atmosphere but it is very expensive place to eat.
expensive and a little cramped but the sushi was delicious! one of the best sushi lunches i’ve had in london
A small dining room but terrific sashimi and sushi rolls. Tempura prawns were also large and plentiful. Very decent Japanese food!
Food was average and very much fast food Japanese. Sushi and Sashimi were ok but prawn tempura poor.
Good foid tables are too small squashed together if you want to taste a few plates of food but food very good
Great sushi! Lovely staff providing quick and efficient service.
Good fresh fare. More traditional Japanese rather than fusion. Bento boxes are really good value, particularly given how central it is.
Average customer service, lack of suggestions by waiter and rush to clear the table
Authentic Japanese food of high quality with very pleasant service.
Miyako in the City is a great find - very very good food- always busy so a little squashed but adds to the atmosphere, it's great for a business lunch or a catch up and can highly recommend
Lovely restaurant, very friendly staff and great atmosphere. I really enjoyed the food it was very tasty!
Very good Sushi in an efficient London location. Would definitely come back
At the price more of a business lunch venue but the food and service is very good and always has been - keep up the good work.
Not up to scratch at all. Soft shell crab tasted watery as if previously frozen , salmon skin was flaccid and chewy, tempura greasy, gyoza deep fried and oily. Sadly off the list going forward.
Decent Japanese food in a quiet setting, but a bit expensive.
Great food, good service, nice lunch spot. Thank you
Simple place but fantastic food. Very authentic Japanese food.
Had a wonderful dinner with an old friend there. The sushi and sashimi tasted amazingly fresh. Had some good wine as well :P
Great food and Atmosphere - Well worth a visit, would defiantly recommend.
Went during the week. It was very loud. Food is good, but the prices are approx. 30% higher than they ought to be.
I've tried sushi, sashimi and hot dishes and would definitely recommend their hot dishes e.g. Teriyaki, Gyoza (deep fried) over the cold ones!
small Japanese restaurant attached to the Anduz
a little pricey but service was good. I had a bento box and they wer able to substitute for the sashimi for me and that was really nice
you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the hotel and to the toilets which wa a bit offputting.
Good japanese restaurant in The City! Good atmosphere, nice service and good quality/price ratio. I'll go again.
Good food and great service.
One of my favourite sushi places in London due to the vast selection. Sushi tastes very fresh and the service has always been good the 3 times I've dined there. It is quite noisy though and as tables are so closely packed in, you can hear your neighbours' conversations too clearly!
I would like to suggest to add some more vegan options
I scheduled a business lunch, but unfortunately my guest could only stay for 1 hour. I pre-ordered the Bento, and it was served promptly at our arrival, making us use the 1 hour as productive as possible
Amazing sushi choice and the bento boxes are big and filling lots of choice!
Even though I am not a fan of fish dishes zbor and they have a lot of thise, I could find dishes without fish. The Chicken teriaki was delicious.
Quick and really good sushi. Usually hard to get a booking on the day. Quality is impressive considering a quick turn around. Easy to do lunch within the hour.
