The Californian Chardonnay at first was corked. Wine was rust in colour. Replacement came and not much better. Wine by the glass selection was poor. My steak was unable to be eaten. It was as tough as leather. You need a new supplier. Either sharpen the knives or get better steak. I knew is was tough when the knife could barely cut the meat. Lead waitress was a terrific lady. The kids would walk past and not observe a thing. Sorry but I won’t be back. Sorry about the honesty in my comments

It was a perfect celebrating my special day with my family. Ambience was cozy, just a bit too bright. Food was fantastic. Staff are very accommodating especially our server Harbbie he was very professional and knows what we need. My cheese cake was great. Will definitely come back and refer to my friends..

Service was inconsistent. Generally good except for one lead female server, who was quite dismissive of our group. Maybe because we had sharing meals and no alcohol. Just a thought .

The customer service by Morton is poor. Indicated that the dinner was for my wedding anniversary, however there’s wasn’t any cake given. Asked if there is complimentary parking coupon, the manager told me there isn’t and didn’t provide me with any alternative. However, i went down to the concierge and the hotel staff gave me a parking coupon. Truly disappointed with the service and attitude of the manager.

We went to Morton's to celebrate our anniversary. From the beginning to the end of the evening we were looked after very well by the staff. The food quality, quantity and presentation were exceptional. The wine list is extensive and reasonably priced. The restaurant is quiet and the ambience was good, a little more light to read the menu would be helpful.

Having arrived at the restaurant a little early we were quickly seated by a pleasant maître d', after which the evening quickly went down hill. The usual flairs that we have come to expect from Morton’s were missing, no personalised menus to celebrate the special occasion, no bread brought to the table prior to the appetiser, the usual friendly banter from the staff replaced with an overwhelming tone of judgement, especially when taking orders. One saving grace through the meal were the staff who delivered the food, both were pleasant and engaging. Once we had finished our entrées, a second server came to ask if we were finished, when we confirmed we were and asked to box up our leftovers he returned to the table and ‘threw’ the food into the boxes with such disgust it felt as if we had insulted him. We were then left to close the boxes ourselves at which point we chose to walk away. The second maître d' who took payment clearly sensed our dissatisfaction and asked if everything was okay. At this point it was too late to save the evening but he was at least apologetic.

Service by waiter was not professional, sloppy and he even sniggered at my order of a coffee which was not at all warranted. Single-handedly caused the meal's ambience to suffer as a result. Paid ~$300 for 2pax only to encounter such service.

Morton has never disappointed us. We have been to many others but Morton's steak is still the best. We are also impressed with how they always personalise the menu when we are celebrating a special occasion with a free dessert. Keep it up.

Steak came out slightly more rare than i expected, but still tasted good. Birthday cake should have came out sooner and waitress could be a bit more discreet when informing me that it would be late only after I settled the bill. Overall still good.

It was my partner’s birthday, and the restaurant surprised us with small gestures that were very unexpected yet very memorable. First of all, we were given a special birthday menu. We had our photo taken, which was then printed out, pasted to a card which all the staff signed on, with both copies of the special menu carefully rolled and tucked into the card! After dinner, my partner received a special birthday “cake” in the form of a lemon soufflé dessert with a candle on top. That really made our evening! And the house gave us complimentary fresh bread that was really generous in portion, and tasted warm and fluffy. The food was really great too, we had ribeye steak, with sour-cream mashed potatoes that tasted really delicious when mixed with cream and crispy bacon bits. The caramel sauce as addition to the steak gives the meat an extra oomph. The “Oscar-style” addition is really interesting too, it comprised of crab meat and asparagus.

Service and food was impeccable. We ordered two types of steak, a couple of sides and appetisers, and finished the meal with the signature chocolate lava cake. Overall a wonderful experience and nice place to go for business or pleasure.

We have been going to Morton’s for years. It has always been my husband’s favorite birthday treat. Sadly, this visit didn’t feel special, as it has in previous years. The meal was good, but the staff don’t seem to be as knowledgeable and professional anymore.

OMG... should be called Morticians... DREADFUL, $700 for 3 average meals... sloppy, more like a bad version of a Diner... i really expected more from the MO... I wish I had gone to the Butchers Block at Raffles.. Dont book here... find somewhere else

This is our monthly go to for great steaks but we felt that our rib-eye was not good this time. It was perfectly medium rare but tough. Saturday night was too noisy with merry makers at the bar. I don’t think we enjoyed it so much this time.
