Beautiful, comfortable dining room and not too noisy. I had the Scottish salmon and it was fantastic. My partner had the roast chicken, and that was very good, too. Excellent wines, although it would be nice if there were more than one chardonnay on the menu (and if one was priced less than $19 a glass). I had the Cotes du Rhone, and it was delicious with the beurre rouge salmon. Chez Billy lived up to its reputation, and I look forward to returning for dinner after their renovation is complete.

As usual, Tasting Room did not disappoint. To start, my wife ordered one of her favorites. The octopus. I went with the Burrata. Both were exceptional. Presentation on the Burrata was excellent as was the flavor profile of that combination. I then ordered the strip while the Mrs opted for the scallops. Again, both were prepared exactly as ordered and full of flavor. Barrel aged Manhattan was spot on as well as the Espresso Martini for dessert. In my humble opinion, the best restaurant in Frederick. By far.

For Greek food it is pricey but worth absolutely every penny, but this is certainly NOT your average Greek restaurant. It is extraordinary.
