Steakhouse | Carlisle, Hershey / Harrisburg

Went here as couple celebrate a birthday . I ordered a New York strip , salad and potatoe . Was cooked appropriately and was very tasty. Just correct amt. partner filet and crab cake . Also good . We split cheese cake and that was very tasty . Had several drinks. Many issues with the service - they forgot the crab cake really no apology and it came after my entire meal was finished . Took forever between salad and main meal. The place was empty so unclear what the service issue was . Same with the bill took forever to arrive More

Food was great, the steak melted in my mouth. The pot pie was large and good, we shared it and it could have been the meal. The veggies with the steak were charred a little too much but they brought us a double portion which made up for that. Service was superb, the waitress made us feel very special on our date night and answered every question we had. We will return. More

Discover Carlisle

Carlisle is the county seat of Pennsylvania’s Cumberland County. It borrows its beauty from the nearby Colonel Denning and Fowlers Hollow State Parks. Forbes rated it as the second-best place to live along with the neighboring city of Harrisburg. This accolade has brought many family-friendly restaurants to the area. In this region, you can easily find well-known chain restaurants along with several local diners that serve American comfort foods and barbecue. The U.S. Army War College, Dickinson College and Penn State Dickinson School of Law all call Carlisle home. Local eateries cater to the students with inexpensive dining options that include fast-food places, small cafes and budget-friendly steak and seafood houses that make it affordable to enjoy lobster, crab or steak.
