    Another excellent experience with remarkable dishes, both in presentation and taste. The layered asparagus with cheese sauce were delicious, the lamb perfectly cooked and seasoned and the tiramisu completed nicely the meal. Views in the St-Lawrence river remain memorable.

    If you stay at the hotel, this is the better restaurant for dinner Not fine dining but very good and with no problems Menu is better than the St Laurent restaurant Try a tartar…. Beef or salmon And also have a side of grilled vegetables surprisingly good. Service with William is amazing.

    Amazing view of Fairmont Charlevoix, the coast line and the golf course. You do not have to be a golfer to enjoy the view! Our server James was excellent. Breakfast offered tasty and large portions.

    Le Charlevoix was a fabulous dining experience! We had the four course with wine pairing. The food was beautifully presented and very good. The service was spot on. The view is outstanding!
